At this institution is where I got my start professionally in the health care field. The staff is great, they make sure that each student reach their potential goal. They're very supportive of your higher learning journey. The atmosphere is great and family friendly. I truly must say I thank God for Dr. Ada and her patience, her encouragement her passion and love for her students and what she does. She truly an amazing teacher.

Life is a path, there is good and bad, but you have to learn to make a difference, and there I find Direct Training on my path with a good team, and there are really good people who have a lot of patience, and it doesn't matter what their race is or where they come from, for example, Mister Jay Stuck and Miss Maria. Training Direct is an AMAZING school !! From the teachers to the amazing staff 10/10 experience!! Both Miriam and Jay are great when it comes to teaching and they are so helpful when it comes to clinicals and lab work. I had such an amazing experience here and i cant wait to return in April !!!

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but after attending Training Direct I feel compelled to share what a great experience I had. Let me start out by saying, our Instructor Celeste Delgado for Phlebotomy is THE BEST!!!! She is smart, funny, patient and her passion for teaching shows up everyday with her. I genuinely looked forward to her class, so much so that I didn't miss a day! I will miss seeing her and my classmates, but I plan to use my experience for personal growth and on an even more persomal level to take care of a loved one. I am so grateful. If anyone is hesitant of your capabilities in phlebotomy....STOP...put that apprehensiveness to rest. Super unorganized. I had 3 different instructors and was told something different by all 3. This just confused everyone and made us all feel that we really did not know ANYTHING. We had days off because there was no instructor. Why start a class if you don’t have an instructor for the four weeks? Our third week, the third teacher walked out because no one told her what was left to teach. I don’t blame her… They had to call in Mrs. Dyana since they had no other teacher. This also pushed back the start date of another class... We only went over skills once or twice. Some skills we didn’t even get to do in the lab because there was no time. We were just told to watch videos and practice them at home. 16 students in my class… $24,000. When we wanted to do pericare, we only had one soaker so we couldn’t do it until the next day. All that money and we don’t have supplies? I think I speak for the majority of the class when I say this did not prepare us for the exam AT ALL. We did not get the 45 clinical hours we were told we would get. Marilyn can’t get us a refund but hey, what do you want for lunch? Be so for real. I’m not one to complain but this is just ridiculous. Good thing Danbury location is closed now. This is NOT worth your money and you’re better off going somewhere else. Training direct, do better.

this is a very good school! i came for my cna, my instructor was ms.cindy &’sgecwas amazing.. it took me a while to open up but once i did, it was great! everyone treats you like family & we all worked together as a team! my experience was so amazing , we even have a mini graduation party the last day & ms.cindy wrote so many good things about us & our potential! thank you MS CINDY your work doesn’t go unnoticed, you are a great instructor!! if you ever are looking for a good school, i highly recommend this place.

I took the CNA class here with Ms Dyana. She’s wonderful; you can tell she really loves what she does. She’s an excellent teacher. For part of the CNA class we had Ms Miriam and she was lovely too.

Then today I did the CPR class which was taught by Norma. She was amazing. Honestly everyone here was! The environment was always super welcoming and I’ve learned so much. All in all it’s been such a great experience at Training Direct. I would definitely recommend it.
