This place is a game changer. Approx 2 years ago, I moved to LA from NYC and looking to get in shape. I'm in my mid-40s and wasn't sure what was the best place for me. Luckily TrainingMate came along and not only am I in the best shape of my life, but I found a community of lovely humans (both trainers and fellow mates.) I am certain if you come to a class with an open heart and willingness to meet new people (and sweat) you'll be hooked!

I never thought I would think a workout class would fly by, but at Training Mate it did! I had so much fun in class between the trainer's jokes and the high-fives from other people working out. The front desk and the trainer even checked on me after class to see how my first class went. It's hard to find kind people in LA, but at Training Mate, they are everywhere!! I started going for the workout but I keep going for the great people (and maybe for the accents a little bit)!

I absolutely love this place! I tried them through Class Pass and have to say this is my favorite spot of all the training studios! The trainers are awesome and they care! Are very fun, motivating and personable. 🙂
I have herniated disc’s in my neck and back and they make you feel very welcome and modify the workouts so you don’t feel left out. Plus they really make sure they show you the proper form to prevent injuries which is really important. I highly recommend this place for anyone really. It’s a really great workout. Been going for almost a month and already am seeing results. They do a lot of the workouts my personal trainer did with me which cost a fortune so I was happy to see this place knew exactly what they were doing. Finally a place that actually knows exactly what they are doing properly.
