Extremely happy with my daughters experience and results after working with Robert and Transcend. I started working with Robert on SAT prep in the spring of my junior year and his help was integral to my success on the exam. Robert knows the ins and outs of the SAT better than anyone I’ve ever met. He is fantastic at explaining things and made SAT lessons something I actually looked forward too. Robert approaches the SAT like it’s a game, and like any game, it can be won with the right strategy and practice. With his help, I was able to achieve a score in the mid 1500 range which I believe helped me stand out in the admissions process at competive colleges. I also worked with Robert on my essays. Robert is a naturally gifted storyteller, and his guidance made it easier to figure out what I wanted to write about and how I should do it. Robert worked diligently with our son through the college admissions process; first prepping him for the ACT and then coaching him with the Common Application essay and several supplemental essays. My son was able to improve his score by 6 points - putting him at the 99th percentile. He was accepted to nearly all of his top choices including USC, Wake Forrest, Cal Poly, Case Western, Wisconsin, and U of Washington.
