Transactions Tech College Cosmotology in Montgomery AL will no longer give me an appt. basically because I made a negative comment. Apparently if you dont give a review to their liking they will no longer give you service. I was the customer and they made me the villian and the thing about it I didnt offend anyone except by telling my stylist that I wanted tight curls and she wasnt giving me tight curls. Whatever she was putting in my hair wasnt the right product to make it hold. After one of the instructors came over to help she was putting spritzer on my hair. I know they suppose to know about hair but I know what it takes for my hair to hold curls. After seeing the back of my hair there was not a tight curl insight but I said nothing. I paid and left. They sent out email and asked for a review so I gave an honest one with picture that I had initially took to show my daughter. After speaking with a Ms. Williams today I have come to the conclusion that they dont have a professional attitude and customer service is not their forte.

The president has a very very very nasty attitude . She flaunts around like shes untouchable. Every dog has their day!. I can't stress it enough. Many people say the same but won't post it. when she walks into the classroom /styling area. The place just freezes up. She doesn't speak nor smile. I don't see how her staff or students ever put up with her. We were just reading her response to a review. And she's just down right evil Just plain evil. Her disposition is going to be the downfall she just hasn't met the right one baby. I'm hoping I'm sitting right there when it happens. The students are in training and the customers are just live models to help perfect their skills. The services are ok if you get the right student. the prices are good if your willing to take a chance because you never know who you will end up with and how you will leave you may or may not get what you pay for or expected. Always bring a hat

The place was very clean, the student was very professional. I love the instructor. I got the comb coils and I love them!!! The young lady who did my hair, was awesome and did a great job. Thank you so much. See you soon:)

1st visit was amazing. Friendly loved all the services received. So much so that I scheduled another visit for additional services. Came back the day for my appointment. Apparently I was supposed to pay a deposit(they were busy that day BUT I was NOT informed). Cool no problem. A new person was there who wasn’t when it was scheduled and proceeded to “explain” what happened even though she was NOT there. I would’ve been cool with that but to over talk me and down explain what isn’t possible even though I’m REPEATING what was told to me. I no longer wanted my service and will go elsewhere. My silk press was bomb and the workers are great but get DETAILED understanding so you aren’t caught off guard. Customer service should be worked on. Overall good place for facials and blowouts.

I received highlights here for my birthday that really broke my hair. I had thick beautiful hair and now will have to chop it off. They should’ve just told me it wasn’t a good color or it would be too harsh. I would never go there.

Love going to get my hair done here. Everyone is always extremely nice and professional at all time. The students are awesome and my hair always turns out great. Haven’t tried any other services yet, but I’ll definitely be going back to soon!

I graduated from TTC in 2019, their aesthetics program. Mrs. Thompson is an incredible woman. I passed my exam with flying colors. I honestly couldn't have done it without her preparation and encouragement. She worked graciously with me on such an individual basis and extended the same to other students as well. While direct and firm she truly comes from a place of love and genuinely wants you to succeed! Great school!

I really loved my visit to Transition College for my hair experience. The owner/instructor ensured I received excellent service and gave me some much needed advice on hair color and style. She is top-notch. My stylist Stephanie was Awesome as well and very professional. I will visit again soon and recommend them to others if you want great service.
