My daughter started daycare at Tree house when she was 4 yrs old. Since her 5th bday was after august l opted to have her stay at Tree House Learning without a second thought. This was my daughter’s 3rd daycare n the only place l felt comfortable and she enjoyed being at. Academically she excelled very well at her age. Socially she made good friends, new them by name n would talk about her classmates n teachers with excitement. We never fought to come to daycare it was always fun going to school. My daughter loved the fun summer programs they had this year including the water pads, pj day, dress up day etc. Mr Davis the owner of the daycare n his family are always available and present majority of the school. I did appreciate his openness about some of the challenges they faced with the staff but always l could tell he cared for the quality and the type of care the children were getting at the school. My daughter only left due to our move to another city otherwise l would have gladly had her stay at Tree House Learning Center.
Keep doing the good work.

My experience as a TLC parent has been nothing short of exceptional!!

Treehouse is a blend of education and fun in a family-owned atmosphere. It has a completely unique feel compared to corporate chains. The center is actually inside a ranch house-turned daycare located admist a cute residential neighborhood in Gahanna.

Tuition rates are shockingly affordable, while providing breakfast, lunch and snack for 12 months and up. They have long time staff such as Ms. Sam and Ms. Johanna. The owners are extremely invested and present on a daily basis. Of course any daycare is going to have turnover, that's the nature of the business. If there happens to be a staff change in the infant room, the owners are always transparent and assuring. I feel comfortable knowing that the veteran teachers and owners are always looking after my daughter, even if they're not assigned to her room. I can go to work knowing my daughter is safe, learning and having fun.

Before coming to Treehouse in January, I tried two other daycares where my then 10-month old NEVER slept and had crocodile tears every pick up. I was so nervous about switching her yet again. Her very first day at TLC, they managed to get her to take a 3 hour nap!! To me, that shows she was instantly comfortable.

Treehouse also impressed me with their fun summer program. They will have mystery reader day, dress up day, water day and more! Teachers will send lots of pictures in the app to give parents a sneak peak of their day 🙂

Thank you Trehouse for all you do!!!!!

Treehouse is more than a daycare, it's a home. The staff become family. Creativity abounds through tactile play and movement, art shows, and guest visitors like a fireman and Santa Claus. Lunches are healthy and tasty -- my 4-year old raves about the taco soup. Kids treat each other with respect and welcome new friends easily. Classrooms and restrooms are clean and tidy. Staff are mindful to hydrate kids after playing outside. I thank Treehouse Learning Center for providing my child with a safe and fun early childhood experience.

The Learning Treehouse has been nothing but wonderful to me and my family. David and his staff love for all the children definitely goes beyond the classroom. Thank you for all that you do!

My family moved to Columbus in 2015 with our then 2 year old son. There’s great value in knowing that your kids are safe & cared for. TLC did just that & embraced us like family. When challenged, they have listened to the concerns of parents & responded with great consideration. Our 2nd son has just completed Preschool & due to the curriculum, he has been accepted into early Kindergarten. We’re so grateful to the entire staff.

I wish I could leave a zero star review. The owner David not only fired all of the amazing staff that me and my daughter loved, when I voiced my concerns and asked for footage of my daughter, he swiftly told me he was terminating our childcare contract with no explanation besides it not being a good center for my daughter. He is absolutely correct. It's not a good center for anyone's child.

I had my 19m daughter there for over a year and my son there during covid. I have never thought it would end up like this.
Ratios are almost never followed in the classrooms. There is so much drama among staff. And no footage was given of the supposed mistreatment has not been provided.
When I came to pick up my daughters blanket, I was met with absolute cold attitudes.
I used to love this place and now I am glad my child has been removed from such a terrible place

If I could give NO STARS at all, then I would. Because this daycare center is not the best place for your child. The owner DAVID is rude, nasty, and very unprofessional and should not be caring for anyone's children as he himself has NO IDEA what he's doing and the staff he brings in are just people from off the street that have no experience with children and how to care for them especially with developmental behaviors. They labeled my 2 year old (at the time when he was attending there) "aggressive". They had a ratio of like 10:1, and my child was not getting the attention he needed to excel, and they told me that. My son HATED it there and would always come home with bruises or scratches on him. Incident reports would say that he attacked other, but it's learned behavior from what he was experiencing there. I'm very positive that my son was probably being abused there.

He was sick all the time (which is normal in the daycare setting)
from how sick those kids were. But my son has since then been fully diagnosed with Asthma (and extremely bad environmental allergies and anything can trigger it) and they sent him home for the slightest unreasonable reasons. I think that the daycare was absolutely UNCLEAN and disgustingly filled with germs because the daycare he is at now barely gets him sick, and if he does, it's weather change based.

I can't tell anyone not to go to this center, but I can tell you my experience, and it was not a good one. The place he is at now is very well organized, they do actual hands-on activities towards learning, AND HAVE LICENSED/CERTIFIED teachers, who also know the difference between real illness or when his asthma is getting to him. I get daily reporting and pictures of my son in app and how well he gets along with the other children there. And he loves his teachers and they love him. Choose your daycare wisely and monitor how your child acts when you leave them at the center - it will tell you everything.

I have known the Brentleys and the center since the very beginning. Not only did my younger sister attend there in 2015/2016, I worked there as in infant teacher/cook, my son has been attending there since he was 2(soon to be 5). This is not your average daycare where it’s just babysitting, this center actually teaches the kids fundamentals. The teachers and directors really care about the kids in the class but on a personal level. I have never had a thought/concern/idea that I have expressed go without being addressed or looked into. Reading these other comments are disheartening because the Brentleys have worked so hard to get the center to where it is today. Anyone who knows me, knows I do not play when it comes to my child, and that alone is proof that I trust the center and the Brentleys wholeheartedly. My son has learned and developed so much while being there and preparing him for kindergarten this fall. I will continue to recommend the center to anyone I know. Thank you to the whole staff for loving the kids the way you do and being a stepping stone to get them on the right path for kindergarten and their future.
