I think a really good idea would be for TPUOA to REQUIRE any real estate agent who inquires about or represents property within the Tri Palm Estates to provide prospective home buyers with a copy of the by-laws that govern this community. Had I known TPUOA is as restrictive and controlling as they're turning out to be, I would NEVER have purchased here. I own the land.....but I have to jump through their hoops before I can do anything with it. I get it: They need to maintain standards to protect property value. As an owner, I'm not about to do anything to lower the value of this property, not to harm the community overall. But please, hold my hand so I don't do wrong.....Bunch of grumpy old farts with nothing better to do!

Total sham of an HOA. They do not enforce the CC&R's and care very little about the community as a whole. Just a bunch of power hungry low self-esteemed people.
