There is a lot I can say about my experience with Trillium but I will sum it up in one word OUTSTANDING. From day one when I was contacted by the recruiter Ms Grant it has been the best move I could have made by excepting a job with this Staffing Company. She goes out of her way to make sure that the Drivers or ok and sending us the some great account to work for and it doesn't stop there. She calls you up from time to time to see how you are doing and if you need anything. I would highly recommend this Staffing Company to all and any of my fellow drivers that I know simply because of the Ladies that run the office there. They are Top Shelf in my world.. Thank you both for all that you do. And a special thanks to Ms Grant for being a great recruiter and Dispatcher...

I am extremely happy with trillium staffing agency. The recruiter Trecie is
very professional, knowledgeable and listen to all my concerns..I enjoy being a casual driver at trillium cause my recruiter places me on lots of different company runs, and this allows me to get hands on experience with lots of different trucking companies so I can have choices of whom I want to commit with as a full time employee... Trillium has been very good to me. I can honestly say Ms Grant works hard at finding me what I ask for. She will actually say ( Greg) tell me what you want and I’ll do my best to make it happen or get as close to it as possible. I real appreciate that. The jobs are ok in some cases they’re great. The pay is is good as well. I’ve recommended several people to get signed up with Trillium Staffing. Ms. Grant, Mrs. Kerrie keep up the good work. You guys rock!

UPDATE!!! Today 3/4/20 Had a interview/road test this afternoon and GOT THE JOB!! Miss Trecie had been searching for the last couple of months... I've been seeking employment for about a month or so and was referred to Trillium staffing by some I know. Miss Trecie has been bending over backwards to find me something that fits me and pays well. If you are seeking employment driver jobs this is the place to come. Miss Trecie was highly recommended and so far she has been able to assist me wonderfully. I'm so happy!!! don't let me forget I'm making more that what I expected to be making. God is so Awesome!! Thanks so much Trillium!!

This "Staffing Agency" contacted ME with a job lead based on my resume, I was currently employed with a company and content but the job lead included benefits that I didn't have and a small pay increase. I took the job at worked at Z-Modular and was hired on as a Carpenter/Painter. When beginning the job I find myself doing flooring and working in a CAD machine and was laid off within (7 Days) and was never given a reason as to why, my recruiter notified me of the abruptly and the damned thing is I never was given a chance to display my skillset/trade, hence provin my true value to the company. Now I'm unemployed having a left company that I was content with. I feel as If I were suckered in and bribed and left out to dry. I have gone to pick up my check after speaking to a VERY unprofessional receptionist telling me she left my check in an envelope taped to the door the day before and it seemed as if someone had opened and went through it she tells me to come on in and pick it up and "IF" she leaves the office she would tape it back to the same door where evidently someone has tampered with my PRIVATE MAIL. Upon reching the office (a 20+ mile drive) the same receptionist is abscent the doors are locked and no envelope in sight. This is (2+ hours before they close 3:00 p.m.) I call and Tara answers and has left to get lunch and tells me she forgot. Now I'm here waiting and very upset with this whole experience. I DO NOT Recommend this staffing agency and regret ever dealing with a Temp Agent especially one as SHADY & Unprofessional as this one. Good Luck if You Deal with these con artist.

Drove a friend from Gardendale to Pelham to pick up his pay. They are supposed to be open until 5pm . The woman there also told him if she left for whatever reason she would leave his items taped to the door. We just arrived & there is no-one here. We got in touch with the woman to find out she is having lunch & we need to wait on her for 30 minutes. Her words not mine. Absolutely the most unprofessional encounter. Oh also it's 3pm...
