Valerie came out and led our group in yoga for our bachelorette party weekend, and it was so fun! She was so thoughtful in her planning, made accommodations for some in our group with limited mobility, and was such a calming presence. It was a great bachelorette party activity and I highly recommend Valerie’s services 🌳🤍💫

I had a great yoga experience at true nature yoga. Instructors were knowledgeable and the studio was inviting and very calming. The instructor did a great job including everyone at their own pace. Would recommend to anyone to experience a calm, relaxed and inviting space for yoga.

Wonderful studio, owner, and yoga class! I was in town for a family reunion with lots of littles and found myself in need of a respite and True Nature was just perfect. Valerie's presence and morning yoga flow were calming and centering, and the space is thoughtfully designed. I didn't have my mat, but you could borrow that and any other prop you can think of to get the most out of your practice. The next time I'm in Sandusky, I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

I went to my first yoga class today and it was so amazing! Jamie and Val were so nice and welcoming ! The space had plenty of yoga equipment including mats, blocks, and blankets. I had a wonderful time the class was so relaxing and inviting! I look forward to attending future classes(:

I so enjoy my Yoga classes at True Nature Wellness. All levels of experience are welcome in their classes. I have bad knees and am able to adjust my practice at times to help my knees. Instructors offer suggestions to help with my needed adjustments to a practice. I appreciate that so much. I highly recommend True Nature Wellness to improve your health, flexibility and strength.

Such a beautiful and peaceful space to practice yoga. Valerie is so helpful and supportive during practice that you feel very competent whether you are a beginner or you've been doing yoga for years.
