I had a wonderful time at true40 this week! I was in town visiting family and this was a perfect place to workout! I love the efficient workout, music, and warm welcome each time I entered the studio! Looking forward to vising again when I'm back in time!

True40 is the place for everyone! The workout leaves me energized and not exhausted like a lot of hiit workouts I've done in the past. You can modify every move to be more low impact or challenge yourself to do a little more. And if you're a momma like me, the childcare is top notch. I'm able to enjoy my workout while my 2 year old plays with friends. We love true40!

True 40 has changed my life.
I am chronically ill and struggle with working out sometimes. True 40 has allowed me the ability to gain strength, stop my muscle waste, and find community.
I will forever be grateful for this place. Everyone is beyond positive, helpful, and gracious. They give perfect modifications that allow the workouts to be effective but easy on the body.
I rave about them to anyone who’ll listen!

not only do you get to be engaged in an awesome cardio workout, you also are surrounded by positivity, community, & love. i have yet to take a class & the instructor was subpar. they always leave you with a few less calories & words of affirmation to kickstart your day
