El peor servicio y la más alta descoordinación. No le doy menos estrellas porq no existe, porq sino le diera -100.
No te explican nada y al final eres tú quien termina pagando por sus errores. La peor agencia de viaje que he visto en mi vida. Para nada se las recomiendo. Son unos estafadores con todas sus letras, sobre todo Beatriz Breton, la dueña. Q además sale en los reviews dándole 5 estrellas a su propio negocio como si las mereciera. Pague por cada pasaje de mis hijos $260 y como no llegaba a las 70libras me puso equipaje de ella y encima de eso me cobró $80 a mi y a mi marido por unas maletas y libras q nunca entendí. Me di cuenta cuando llegue a Cuba y vi q había equipaje a nombre de mis hijos q no era mío. Ademas la señora q debía recoger las maletas en cuba nunca aparecio y tube q rentar 1 carro para llevar las maletas a mi casa para q ella apareciera 2 dias despues. El mayor insulto y la más alta falta de respeto y el descaro más grande que jamás he vivido.
Se los digo. Consigan cualquier otra agencia antes de ir con ellos.
