Either the doctor and the staff do not know whar they are doing. The receptionist said this office does not accept appointments only walk ins I have never heard of a doctor's office not accept appointments and make the patients wait 2 to 3 hours even when people get their hair done they make appointments yo.

I am not one of Dr. Tu’s patients I went to accompany a friend of mine who is a new patient to him. He was extremely horrible. She is hard of hearing so she invited me to go with her so that she would have two more sets of ears. He noticed that she could not hear him, and he raised his voice. She immediately became afraid and covered her ears, and she apologize to him for making him angry. He continued to scream at her and told her you wanted me to speak loudly, so I am speaking loudly I sat back for a minute, and then I said wow wow really I kept my calm, considering that she had to come back to see him as we left the office. I told her he is not a very good doctor that was doctor patient abuse. He had no consideration, no patients and absolutely no compassion. This doctor is no good. I hate to even put one star because he does not even deserve one star I am a Christian and I will continue to pray for this doctor and his practice behavior, unprofessional, absolutely inconsiderate A big fat two thumbs down 👎 👎

Dr. Gene Tu is a great doctor. I love the fact that he accepts walk-ins. He is really good with women’s health. He always listens to all of my concerns and is really good with recommending a specialist when necessary. Also, he helped me save money on my prescriptions by suggesting a good pharmacy. I am very grateful to him and his friendly staff.

Always thorough and efficient with Diagnosis always friendly with excellent bedside manner. 👍🏼👍🏼 Have referred friends and family. Only downside is the outside atmosphere smells and quite dirty due to neighbors 🤦🏻‍♀️

Terrible, I Called in on 04/19/2019 to get a check up and i spoke to the lady at the front desk who told me that there was no one in the waiting room and i could immediately see the doctor so i went in. I walk in and i see roughly 6 people already waiting to be seen. They asked me for my information which I gave them, mind you the entire time she was she was being very nasty towards not only me but to everyone that was in the waiting room. i Filled out the forms and then they asked me for my ID which i provided the young hispanic lady to make a photocopy of it which she did and returned it back to me. shortly after another lady behind her asked me for my ID again without explanation which confused me but i complied. about 15 mins later i still didn't get my ID back so when i asked the lady behind the window for my ID back she literally told me "sit down sir" in a very rude tone, i was shocked and asked them to return to me my ID and refund my money. I suspect something fishy was going on with my personal information and I carefully monitoring any fraudulent activity and if any arises i will be seeking legal action. Whatever you do DO NOT go to this clinic they're overpriced and the staff are very unprofessional and rude. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE
