I have finally found a top notch and reliable tutoring company in Tutor Doctor. From initial contact, to our consultation with Nancy Zhang to the assignment of the most amazing, patient and knowledgeable tutor Joe Ibrani, our experience couldn’t have been better. Nancy understood our urgent need to get math tutoring for son who was struggling, barely keeping his head above water and his final exam was rapidly approaching. Although the time frame to find a tutor match could take about a week, she was able to match us up with the perfect tutor within days. Joe Ibrani was the perfect fit for our son.

Joe made extra effort to work around my son’s school and athletic schedule. He was very responsive in all his communications. He was also extremely patient and kind when working with my son. My son never felt embarrassed if he didn’t understand something and he was able to let his guard down with Joe and learn in a comfortable environment. I can’t say enough good things about Joe. I am so glad that I did not give up on my search for a tutor because Nancy and Joe at Tutor Doctor have been such a blessing from the moment I connected with them.

Researched a couple tutor services in a crunch as my high school Jr son was struggling in Chemistry late into semester. Slow on my end to get him one sooner, but Noel was amazing calming my anxiety and placing a tutor for my son within two days. She is very flexible and RESPONSIVE in timely manner, even late at night, Sundays or just last minute request day before. Pool of tutors to choose from come heavily qualified and professional. You can stay with one, but my sons hectic schedule with baseball had him working with a variety of staff. All very good to excellent in that he worked with Vesta, Corey, Aamir and Remington. Whether in person or virtual they were prepared and on time! As well compared to others, Tutor Doctor’s fees are very reasonable. Noel expressed if not happy with a session within first 30 mins, you may halt session and there is no fee. Just great customer service by all staff!
