We started our son at Tutor Time 2 months ago at the age of 2.5 months and the staff is absolutely amazing with him. It has been so tough having to leave him in someone else's care, but we know each of his teachers has his best interest at heart and give him the love, care and attention he needs to thrive.

The biggest testament when starting at Tutor Time came from the other parents. Several parents (at several different initial visits), could tell we were new parents and reached out to share how great the teachers and staff were and how happy all of their kids have been at Tutor Time, which really helped put us at ease. There is also regular communication through the Brightwheel app, and the WatchMeGrow app where you can look into the classroom to see what your child is up to. Any time I log in, he is being cared for and played with, or practicing tummy time with his friend in class.

We are so thankful to have found such a supportive environment where our son can feel loved and nurtured. Thank you to all of his teachers who make his day special!

Our experience at Tutor Time has been awesome! I absolutely love that I can “check-in” on my little guy at any moment through the Watch Me Grow camera app, and the photos and videos I get of him throughout the day on the Brightwheel app has also put me at ease and makes me smile throughout the day. I love that it’s all in real time and not just sent at the end of the day. They are always doing fun activities with the kids and my little guy seems to love it! We have been with Tutor Time for about a year now and I would definitely recommend Tutor Time.

Awesomeness in a nutshell. Management, staff and teachers are true angles . I leave my daughter there with piece of mind, and getting live report and pictures through their app.
Ms Homa, my daughter’s teacher, is the kindest person I ever met. Sometimes I envy her as my daughter talks about her at home more than us ?
Keep the flag up Tutur Time

I can’t praise the wonderful teachers who work here enough. Thanks to the care and strong encouragement from Ms. Zahra, both my son and daughter were walking by 10 months. There is a heavy focus on learning, friendship, proper social interaction and experiencing all the world has to offer. Their program has more than prepared my daughter for the world of Kindergarten.

It started off pretty good but continued to go downhill. An ever revolving door of staff which led to issues of consistency in care. After severe ups and downs of me continually having to discuss issues of care with teachers, the head of the school and even corporate we pulled our daughter after false logging of diaper changing began to happen and blisters (multiple times) began happening because of the lack of frequency in diaper changes. To no surprise we had zero issues in blistering behinds after leaving this school! Should have trusted my gut feeling sooner!

This is a wonderful school! I can't say enough great things about this school. My last child has completed their stay here and I just want to give a shout out to Miss. Marlo, Miss Erica (amazing director), Miss. Amanda and Miss Nazrin for always treating my kids with the best care! Thank you so much for 8 years (2 kids) of loving care! Both of my kids learned so much.
Thank you!

Child Abuse Report.

It’ s with great sadness that I write this review, there’s a lot of good dedicated people working there, but something has to be done.
Almost 2 months ago I picked up my 2 and half years old son who doesn’t speak yet from Tutor time, it’s
when I spotted 4 bloody marks on his arm, it took me just 2 seconds to figure out those were finger nails marks, so deep it broke the skin, and lasted for days. But what freaked me out the most was that I realized those were adults finger nails prints. So someone in there, an adult grabbed our son a 2 year old so hard that it left those marks.
We went back there two times and everytime our son said Ouch Ouch!!! when he saw the school. We first met with the vice director and my son’s teacher, they were really chocked and touched , I asked them to see the video tapes, since there’s camera every where to see what happened, but they told me that nothing is recorded, and since they are in the director office no one’s watching them, one word : useless!
Then we met the director Karen who first doubt about the marks and after telling us that she spoke to her staff and they all denied, she accused us back of doing this to our son, we tried to explain her why would we go to the hassle of changing school, enough was enough we called the sheriff and recorded the incident the sheriffs wwe really concerned about it, they went to tutor time and then report the incident to Child Protective Services. The CPS inspector confirmed that those marks were adult finger nails really deep, they investigated but everyone denied, so that’s why I am writing this long review, because the person who did that to our son is still there, and someone who abuse a child once, will do it again.
Our son is finally better but for almost 2 months he didn’t want to sleep alone, was really defensive especially at his new school.
I hope no one will have to go through that.
If you have any doubt just call CPS.
