As first time parents it was hard finding a daycare we felt comfortable with. Tutor time offered a video app which was a plus and the teachers were great in helping our little one adjust to his new surroundings.

Being that we are first time parents, finding childcare that we trusted was scary. We toured multiple facilities, talked to many directors/owners, and fell in love with tutortime. Our son LOVES to come here. The teachers are wonderful and keep us up to date on the day, how he is, how he's acting, and feeling. The director, Tiffany, has been so helpful as well. When my son got sick with every virus known to man, Tiffany was there to help navigate what his schedule would look like while sick (i.e., when he could come back, what documents were needed, etc). Tiffany is also always smiling when you walk in the building and greets your child by name. We are so thankful to have found this center!

Being that my first child came to tutor time 7 years ago I was a little nervous because everything changed from when we first came and I thought the teachers We’re not the same. But I was wrong. My daughter loves her current teacher. Miss Joy and Mrs. swati are is so sweet. My daughter loves coming here , she runs inside once we arrive and goes straight to hugging her teachers. I can’t say much about the other classroms but we had great amazing experience with the toddler room

Horrible school! My son was neglected and always had extremely wet pampers and doodoo in his pampers when picking him up. The school is infested and my son has bite marks and boils on his legs from this school. STAY SWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR KIDS THEY TREAT THEM LIKE A DOLLAR BILL! WE WILL BE REPORTING THEM AND TAKING LEGAL ACTION. ALOT OF TEACHERS QUIT OR LEAVE. The director left 3 weeks after my son started! If you get care 4 kids they take a portion of your grant to fill up their pockets and make u pay for the money they took even if your full care 4 kids package covers the total school cost. STRAIGHT ROBBERS AND CON ARTIST! The school director Courtney is barely even there and they have a lady name Yisel that is clueless!

The staff are very professional and are always friendly and accommodating. They know each child by name and greet you upon arrival and departure. On a day I had an unexpected crisis I had to leave my toddler there later than anticipated and hadn’t remembered to have an afternoon snack in her bag. I really appreciated that the staff provided a snack so she could eat with the other kids and didn’t criticize me for forgetting. My toddler looks forward to going there and waves goodbye to me when she reaches for her teachers. I can tell she is comfortable there and she gets the space to explore her surroundings and play with other children. It's reasonably priced and I would recommend them. Yay for the toddler teachers! They have been great.

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience at Tutor Time of Norwalk. We have had children in this center for 6 years, and the consistency of care has been outstanding. Every single teacher we've had has been caring and diligent,  from the infant room all the way up to 4 year old room.
The leadership of this school is similarly outstanding. The director and assistant directors are professional, caring,  communicative, and seemingly always in a good mood.
There is an app with constant updates and also a live video link to your child's classroom: full transparency at all times.
The location and hours are great too, but first and foremost this is a school that cares about children and working parents.
I'm so glad we picked this school.

It was hard finding a local place that had camera access for the parents. After their old daycare removed this benefit I had to start looking at other options and I’m glad I found Tutor Time. Their program is awesome and the staff is super sweet. Tiffany does a great job leading her team and the teachers seem to actually care for the kids. I have a 1 year and a pre schooler here.

My worst nightmare happened at tutor time in Norwalk when my daughter came home with unexplained injuries. When she started she would cry inconsolably when we dropped her off. When I watched her on their video app, I noticed she wouldn't be comforted. I also noticed that she spent hours in the crib despite only napping for an hour. The teacher was cold towards her and my daughter seemed specifically scared of this teacher. There was a lot of neglect and isolation. When she was picked up by this specific teacher, it was without empathy. I saw my daughter fearfully retreat into the crib when she was approached by her. I saw my daughter swat at her face and the teacher then took her to an area of the room that isn't visible on camera. When I tried to screenshot or record what I saw, it disables the app. I called the assistant director and spoke with him about my concerns. That evening when I went to bathe my daughter, I noticed multiple abrasions on her chest, armpit, back and puncture wounds on her hand. I sent an email to the assistant director and met with him and the site director in the morning. When I undressed my daughter and showed them her injuries they stated they felt they occurred by the teacher picking her up and being scratched by her long nails accidentally. There was never an incident report made. It's impossible that my daughter was scratched harmlessly with her clothes on leaving a total of 9 marks on her left side and two on her right hand. There is no way that my daughter scratched herself nor another child. I am a ER physician and their lack of concern is appalling. This was not an accident. I believe Tutor time is not naive to instances similar to what occurred with my daughter based on their response. They are not a safe facility for any child to attend and I definitely would warn anyone not to do so.
