Great tutoring service. Tutor John helped my get an A for my STAT 302 course. He provides great and easy to remember lessons on the material. His cheat sheets were also a great help. The payments were fair and all material including exam and lesson reviews were provided.

Most of my tutoring experience has been directly with John for Statistics, his knowledge about the subject is impressive and is very assuring that he'll be able to help. Also, his knowledge about the different professors at A&M and what they cover is impressive, it shows that he is dedicated to helping you succeed. Whenever you meet him, you can tell that he's been at it for a long time and truly loves what he does. I've heard positive things about the other tutors that he's hired to cover other subjects, its easy to tell that he's only interested in hiring high-caliber people who are lifelong learners in their field. I strongly recommend going to TutorJohn for any of the offered subjects because its a great investment in your education.

Tutor John is incredible. Tutor John is encouraging and uplifts students. Every time I leave a review session I feel more confident and more prepared. He acknowledges students' strengths rather than harping on what they don't know. His review sessions are well prepared and never miss a topic. I walk into a test knowing I am very well prepared. I've been going to Tutor John this entire semester for Statistics 302. Tutor John actually is the one who instructs the lessons, which is cool. The way he teaches the lessons and reviews have been extremely helpful, he makes the concepts very easy to understand, and overall enjoying.
There are many things about this company that stand out and make it my favorite.
1. The fact that he makes reviews from all the most likely questions on the test from over the years, and goes over every single problem making sure you understand it.
2. He makes awesome "cheat sheets" with all the formulas and grafts for the test, allowing you to have a reference point when working questions on your own, and if you are allowed to use a cheat sheet during your exam it is extremely useful.
3. He will go over the time you schedule for the tutoring session to finish the review and make sure everyone understands the subject. WITHOUT CHARGING YOU FOR HIS TIME!
4. Overall, I think John is a very caring man. He takes pride in his work and I can tell he loves helping students.

If you need help I defiantly would go to Tutor John. I have taken another tutoring course here and the tutor was very experience, as well.

I hope he sees this review, he deserves to know how awesome of a tutor he is.

Tutor John is that guy. Tutor John could teach a 2nd grader how to do physics. Test grades doubled after a month in the class. Prices are great and he is very honest

Tutor John has made my life so much easier this semester. He has a true desire to teach and makes learning fun with his humor and stories. He is very intelligent and breaks everything down to much simpler terms. I attend his STAT 303 class weekly and would highly recommend it to anyone struggling. Also, he is the cheapest tutoring around & usually will charge you less than he is supposed to. Overall, he’s awesome and has been a lifesaver for me this semester!!!

There is no way that I would be getting through STAT 302 as well as I am without Tutor John. I pretty much stopped paying attention in class (don't recommend doing) but have been through a lot of personal things this semester that have caused me to miss a lot of school. I started going here because of a recommendation from a friend and after drilling the test review practice problems over and over and over again and memorizing the general way of how to work out each problem, making the best cheat sheet in the world from his cheat sheets, I have come out with 85's on both exams from the hardest professor out there. It IS possible to do well in STAT 302 but, IMO, only through the help of Tutor John! Some of the test reviews feel like they drag on forever but I write down all of the material even when I feel like I can't take it anymore and go back later to look at it. How easy his notes are to follow and the flow charts are 100% what let me get such a good grade on the second exam. Tutor John simplifies which formula to use and how to know when to use it SO much. Tutor John is such a good, hardworking man. He is excellent at keeping the class's attention, tells personal stories to let our brains chill out for a minute, and also gives a lot of examples to help solidify the information into our heads. He loves his family and cares about his staff so much. I wish I would have started going here earlier!
