Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience
We had a terrible experience with Tutoroot tuitions. The staff were highly unprofessional and unreliable. Classes were rarely conducted on time, and we constantly had to remind them to schedule sessions, which was frustrating. Despite taking the full payment upfront, they seemed to lose interest in providing the promised services.
Their lack of accountability and commitment was shocking, and the overall quality of their services was extremely unsatisfactory. We ultimately discontinued my daughter’s tuitions due to this unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend Tutoroot to anyone looking for quality education.

I have enrolled in 2-3 online tuitions, but none of them met my expectations. However, with Tutoroot, Kiran arranged flexible class schedules and regular tests, which were excellent. Thank you for your great service kiran, experienced teachers.

Edit: Mr.Ashirwad got in touch with me after I posted this review and he was very helpful in arranging for the refund. I would strongly recommend tutoroot to focus on service as much as they push sales.

These people have taken money from me and not scheduled a single class even after 10 days . When I follow up they don’t pick up the call.the concerned person Arshad is a cheat. He will follow up only for payment and once done he will stop picking your calls . Please do not enroll your kid to this dubious institute.

Terrible waste of money. Improper and irresponsible coordination by the management. Till payment is credited they will follow up almost every minute and are not hesitant to make false promises. They promised that the tutor will be directly accessible but after enrolment an interim person is appointed to coordinate between the tutor and the student. The intermediate person works at their own pace because of which there is a delay in transfer of any information to be sent to the tutor or the parent.
I doubt why the management is so sceptical about it. Due to such unprofessional behaviour we as a parent face a lot of stress along with the burden of preparation. This kind of one on one tutoring is supposed to ease our stress but trust me it will add up so much to the already existing pressure. If you are really serious about preparing for your NEET and JEE coaching kindly avoid this platform. Given one star since zero stars is not available.
