Lab tech is extremely rude.
10 year old scared of needles and the tall dirty blonde haired lady upset because she was alone working. The other lab techs didn’t show up for work today so this lady was rude to a child because she has to do her job ? That’s ridiculous. You guys need to hire staff that love their job and not just doing a job for money. There is absolutely no excuse to mean, disrespectful, or rude to a child.
