As a person who has been studied and worked in the US for 10 years, I can tell you that this afternoon I got one of my worst reception desk experiences here. Yes, over 10 years, across states. They treated people like trash. The lady at the front desk, just FYI in case you have not yet gained any awareness of it, or if you are too used to this behavior, your teasing, irrespective, and unempathetic attitude is outside of 5 standard deviations from any reception desk staff's baseline, across all the careers, across the country. Your work attitude is incredibly detrimental to the reputation of the institution you are working in, and this deed harmed all of your co-workers efforts.

The people there are not knowledgeable to answer questions regarding schools, housing, nor job opportunities for international students. They are impatient and always refer us to other facilities when they are supposed to take in charge. They always refer me to their website as well, but their website is SUPER CONFUSING. Overall, this program is useless. Don't expect they to help you with anything because it is a waste of time.

nice staff, but not helpful. I was tryna get some instructions of form 8843. disappointingly, they dont even know what to know. googled other schools' instructions and found out that lots of schools offer accurate information about how to fill up this form. yall are "so-called" experts about immigration, but yall can't even help.

They are not helpful at all, as compared to the other universities I have been to. Pretty hands off group, I wonder why we have to pay additional international fees and such.
