The individuals are taken care of very well management makes sure to train staff very well. Pay is low for the job you do . If you enjoy break time this is not your place.
The amount of pto i think is excellent. But don't have ideas of your own. Keep your head down mouth shut follow there "plan" and you will be fine. But if you come up with a detailed plan on how the department should be run for the benefit of the individuals they will look at your proposal in my case they loved it and decided to implement it but with someone else leading the way. You will get zero credit for your efforts and be shown the door. 1

Jennifer Lorrie at United Cerebral Palsy UCP , Rt 32 is a wonderful resource for helping disabled or differently abled folks. She is kind and supportive and if she doesn’t have the answer for something needed she will look it up and even contact other disability resource groups. A true blessing and valuable contact person for everything from disable people’s food pantry to mobility issues and supply resources&communications

Can’t say enough great things about this organization and its staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products, programs, and technology especially when working with the blind and visually impaired community. They went above and beyond to assist and train our members with their devices. I hope they bring back the “bridging the digital divide “ program as it was very successful!

Ive been trying for over 3 years to get support for my Son Frank to help him in his recovery move forward .Like they say if you dont use it you lose it and its very true.So much waisted time I feel with endless calls and never getting the right info or dosent meet qualifications or does meet them too much.One call here and Arlene gave me so much info to go further and connected me with the right people to help me Son.She emailed and explained our issuses which was great because Ive tried to explain it atleast 25 times so it took away that frustration off having to go over it again.The person called right away and an appointment for the following week was set up but my Son was hospilizied and we resceduled .I couldnt beliveve that someone actually helped me and also connected me with more needed referals.God Bless and Thank You and your terrific organization .Maryiola Suchecki Mother and caretaker of an amazing 34 year old Son who was injured as a passenger.Its been so hard getting help but im finally getting him on his way.
