Harry and Jill were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to us. We are newbies and had a ton of questions. Harry was always willing to share his experience and some great stories, including explaining details of the CA gun laws. We also took a pistol training session with Harry and he was extremely patient and a great coach. We went way past the allotted time and Harry never rushed us but instead made sure we had a good experience throughout. Highly recommend!

I had an issue with a Glock 19 - an aftermarket barrel wouldn't fit an aftermarket slide. Harry took care of that issue in no time and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier.
Upd: 4 months later, I carried that gun every day, took it to a number of classes. Put at least 10,000 rounds down the barrel. During all that time I had not a single malfunction. Seriously, not a single stove pipe even with the cheap Bass Pro ammo.

I would advise avoiding their Gunsmithing services.

13 weeks ago, I sent in my rifle for the installation of fairly simple upgrades. Since then, I've had to reach out repeatedly for any sort of updates on the rifle. The gunsmith, always has an excuse regarding the lateness of his work and never delivers upon the new estimated completion dates that he provides.

Any other gunsmith in the Bay Area (such as the amazing Hank at Reed's Indoor Range) would've had this work done in 3 week tops.

I can appreciate and understand that delays happen due to unexpected circumstances - but the communication from their end has been close to non-existent. And there's been several occasions where the Gunsmith has not returned my calls. I'm going to start calling every day that they're open until I can secure an appointment to get my rifle back ASAP.

There are many other Gunsmiths at other reputable establishments (Reed's, Bullseye Bishop, Grant's Gun Garage, etc) who actually respect your time & business and are actually able to communicate effectively. I would suggest doing business with them instead.

Real nice NOT being able to yet shoot a beautiful new rifle almost 3 MONTHS after purchasing it. Thanks US Firearms Co!!!! (/end sarcasm)

Jill was awesome. She was patient and helped me through my wife’s first gun purchase. She explained everything and I mean everything. I will be back for the AR-15 very soon. Definitely recommend. Be patient when you buy your firearm. From first day to firearm in hand was approximately 21 days due to background time.

This store is my go to store for anything gun related. I had an issue with a rifle purchase being delayed, but it was fixed and all is well. They are friendlier than every other store in the bay area. Jill, Mike and Harry do a great job. Their prices are competitive and comparable to every other store in the bay area.

Besides the communication issue discussed above, I ended up buying a rifle and another handgun here. All went smoothly, and I am a happy customer. For those complaining that they mark up prices on bipods etc... they do mark up (its a store front in CALIFORNIA !) You can't expect them to beat online prices. No, they are not 3x more expensive than anywhere else.

Conclusion: Pay a visit and see for yourself, these guys are great. Don't forget we need to support our local gun stores and gun owners, its not an easy business to run, especially not here in Cali.
