The manager of this place is a disgrace. She hides behind corporate to avoid talking to you and giving you a straight answer. She will lie qnd tell you her manager has covid in order to stall and buy herself more time for the rejection letter to come in the mail. She will lie and act like she doesn't know what she is allowed to tell you. She will lie and tell you she is going to call you right back but it won't be until after you've gotten frustrated with the run around and called corporate directly. Their corp office will give you the run around until you mention the civil rights complaint that their letter tells you about. Then they will tell you they can't talk to you because you threatened legal action. The manager should be fired. She has no business dealing with people acting like that.

I would never live there again, they don't fix anything that needs to be fixed even if you've had work order forms in for months, the apartments are filled with black mold all the apartments from all the moisture. When we left in the lower apartments are apartment flooded twice and they refused to compensate for anything that we lost they gave us another apartment in a different building and after moving into it realized that it was full of black mold also. After 7 years of living there we finally were able to move into a better and safer environment for our children and they are trying to charge us for absolutely everything that we had work order forms in for, and an entire month's rent when we didn't live there. I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone not to mention the building is completely infested with cockroaches and has been for the past 5 years. The manager and the maintenance are awful the manager will sit until all of your personal information to all the neighbors and anyone who calls in they also are supposed to keep all work order forms and they office in a file folder and instead they just throw them all in the trash I've seen it. So no I would never tell anyone to move there.
