This is a great place to work on your fitness goals and meet some great people. My tour with a staff member was thorough and I felt very comfortable. I joined the Monday night Pilates class with Dale, fantastic teacher and the Yoga instructors are all awesome. Zumba too if you need to dance! Best part, the classes are included in your membership! Great community and the pool and sauna...Bonus! There is something for everyone here no matter your age or abilities. It really is refreshing to see young and old working out together. Valley Shore YMCA provides everything you need, just get there. 😉

Valley Shore YMCA was a fantastic experience for my middles school aged kid! They always had engaging activities to keep the kids entertained. My son especially loved the manhunt game—he couldn't get enough of it. The camp truly allowed kids to be kids and have fun. Highly recommend!

YMCA Camp Shore is the BEST summer camp on the Shoreline! My elementary school aged kids have gone for the last 3 summers and absolutely love it! Everyday is filled with amazingly fun activities: daily swimming, rock wall climbing, archery, gaga pit, nature walks, crafts, sports, and so so many very creative games to keep the kids entertained. Every week there are different themes for the kids to partake in if they wish, all of which my kids love! This year they did "Summer-ween" and they dressed up in Halloween costumes. There was a "gold" treasure hunt that my kids absolutely loved. Camper Olympics is also a favorite. My kids look forward to summer camp all year long! All of the counselors know my kids, they are excellent with communication, and I completely trust them with the safety of my children. The counselors are kind, attentive, fun, respectful, and set appropriate boundaries. I highly recommend their summer camp programs! I am very grateful to the YMCA Camp Shore crew for all of the amazing, special, summer memories my kids make with their camp friends every year!

Our kiddo spent their summer at Valley Shore YMCA summer camp program, and it was a fantastic experience! My child loved the activities, from archery and daily swimming to rock wall climbing and various outdoor adventures.

As a parent, I was especially impressed by the counselors' dedication and kindness when my child lost some sentimental items. They went above and beyond to help us recover them, which I truly appreciated.

Valley Shore YMCA provides a nurturing environment for kids to explore and grow, and I highly recommend it for any parent looking for a great program!

My son attends camp shore, he has been for years! He loves it! There are so many fun activities and themes. Everyone is so genuine, kind and welcoming! Britney is great, very helpful, understanding and accommodating. Her first priority is safety and health when it comes to the campers! My son and step daughter also enjoy the kids night out on Fridays during the school year!

Camp Shore deserves more than 5 stars! Our son has attended camp here for the last 3 summers, as well as attended their after school program previously, and I cannot say enough great things. Britney is always communicative and accommodating. The camp counselors are super fun and so supportive of the kids. “Sticks” and “Waves” make him feel like family every single time, which helps with his little bit of social anxiety. The counselors get to know each child personally and make it such a tailored experience. They are always keeping the week exciting with different themes and activities! Highly recommend to anyone looking to provide their child with great summer memories!

I simply cannot say enough positive things about the Summer Camp program at Valley Shore YMCA. My son has attended the camp for several years and when he was in elementary school, he also attended their before and after school care programs. The staff have become family to us and I go to work every day confidently knowing that not only is my son safe and cared for- he is having a BLAST every day! It is truly an experience we look forward to every year knowing that my son is experiencing his summer outdoors, in the pool, active and away from screens! Summer Camp at YMCA has been and continues to be one of the highlights of every summer!

My kids have had the best experience this summer at Camp Shore at the Valley Shore YMCA. My youngest has type 1 diabetes and the camp director Britney has been so wonderful communicating with me throughout the day to make sure he is taken care of and all his urgent needs are accommodated properly. Every day my kids come home excited to share something new and they are exhausted from all the fun they are having outside. I couldn’t ask for more from a summer camp!
