As a parent, finding the perfect daycare can be daunting, but we are beyond thrilled with Ventura Children's Learning Center. From day one, the staff has been warm, caring, and incredibly attentive to our two boys' needs. The facility is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate learning materials that keep our little ones engaged and excited every day.

What stands out the most is the genuine care and passion the teachers have for the kids. Our children have blossomed socially and intellectually, and we couldn't be more grateful for the nurturing environment provided here.

The daily updates, photos, and activities give us peace of mind, knowing our children are in such good hands. We couldn't recommend Ventura Children's Learning Center highly enough. If you're looking for a place that prioritizes your child's growth, happiness, and safety, this is it!

Happy one year to us! The time has flown by! My son started in the toddlers classroom & has now jumped over to the twos classroom with ease. Meeting Mrs. Victoria I can definitely say she has worked hard for what she's representing at VCLC; a safe & loving environment. For starters, they have an interactive parent app, which is the best way to communicate with my son's teacher, get reminders about special events & we receive pictures of his day with his friends. You really get a feel of what they're doing in the classroom; which is all age appropriate. My son has experienced a lot academically (thanks to his teachers) but overall, just amazing hands-on-activities a two year old should be involved in. Their monthly newsletters incorporate such fun events and parent participation, it really makes you feel connected (shout out to Ms. Val!). We look forward to the years to come ❤️

Our son has been going to Ventura Children's Learning Center for over two years starting as an infant. The care, professionalism, and amazing communication that they provide students and parents is unrivaled. Most importantly, Victoria and her team have created a true sense of community and a level of support that provides families an intrinsic sense of inclusion and belonging.

The age appropriate curriculum they provide students is well suited to drive milestone development. Teachers provide pointed feedback to help parents understand their children's strengths and focus areas in a meaningful manner. We love the way that the themes and events throughout the year are celebrated in an inclusive family-first environment.

Our daughter has been going to VCLC for almost 2 years. And she still loves going there every day. All teachers she had so far were amazing. The curriculum offers a variety of great indoor and outdoor activities that meet the children's needs for learning and having fun at the same time.
The owner is very approachable, professional and you can tell that she cares a lot about the children. She communicates clearly and directly. Any concern we had was taken seriously and she would go above and beyond to resolve the issue or implement our feedback immediately.
I was a little disappointed at first when we as parents couldn't come into the school building for drop offs and pick ups. We all want to see our kids playing with others. However, I was offered multiple times to schedule a time to come in and observe my child playing or talk to the teacher. Additionally, a lot of pictures and videos are being sent to the parents via app throughout the school day. I understand that this is for the safety of our children, especially for a school with a lot of families.
I can highly recommend VCLC. Staff is kind, communicates well and goes all out, even on weekends, to create amazing memories for our children.

Enrolling our infant son at VCLC was the best decision we've made so far as first-time parents. Like the thousands of other parents who both work full-time to afford raising a family in Ventura, my wife and I were very concerned at first about being away from our baby for so many hours each day (8-5). We still miss our little guy while we're at work, but any feelings of worry were short-lived thanks to the amazing work of VCLC's exceptional staff. They provide several photo updates throughout the day and utilize the useful "Tadpoles" app to let us know key details about our baby's day. As a teacher myself, I have been very impressed with the quality and quantity of feedback we've received from VCLC. Their attention to detail is appreciated and their love for children is genuine. Victoria, Val, Sonia, and the many fine teachers of VCLC have gone to great lengths to show love for our son, and any unexpected hiccups or rough days have been met with kindness, patience, and grace.

As we approach one year with VCLC, our 16-month old now runs into the arms of his smiling teachers every morning, and he comes bounding out each afternoon grinning and well-exercised, eager to babble about his day and show off his adorable arts & crafts projects. This seems to be the general trend with all of his classmates, too! If we are lucky enough to have another child, he or she will be enrolling here as well. We would 100% recommend this school to anyone shopping around Ventura daycare/preschool.

Our family had such a great experience at VCLC. Ms Victoria and the infant teachers are just amazing. I felt my son was safe and in good hands while at daycare and he really excelled while at VCLC. I loved receiving photos throughout the day via the tadpoles app. The team made drop off and pick up enjoyable and personable. We were so sad to leave VCLC, my husband and I picked a daycare in San Diego because it reminded us of VCLC. Lastly I’ll say Ms Victoria is so awesome. The first drop off was really rough as a new mom and she really helped make a difficult situation better. We will miss them so much and I’d highly recommend sending your child to VCLC!

I cannot speak highly enough about VCLC. Our daughter has been going there since she was three months old and we have always felt comfortable knowing she was receiving such great care from teachers and administrators who adore her. They have always been great about checking in on and following the feeding and sleep schedules we had especially that first year as they shift over time. We absolutely love receiving the pictures throughout the day on the app to see what fun activities they are doing and seeing our daughter enjoying every minute. We are moving out of state and the most difficult part of that transition is leaving the VCLC family. It does make me happy to know us leaving is opening up an opportunity for someone else. Thank you to all the VCLC teachers and staff. You are the best!

This place is absolutely amazing. Our son was there for about two years and our daughter is still there. Our daughter started in the toddler class. They both are flourishing and doing so well. Our son (who is now in Kindergarten) has gained so much knowledge from being there and can read! His Kindergarten teacher is very impressed. The teachers go above and beyond. They spend their weekends and days off planning activities for the kids. This place is a true gem. Mrs. Victoria is phenomenal and is always available. We love VCLC!! 🙂
