We chose Vernon KinderCare for our son after touring six other daycares in our area—before they had even opened and without fully knowing what to expect. Now, looking back, we are so grateful for how this daycare has grown and, most importantly, for the incredible staff who care for our son as if he were their own. They truly understand the importance of the trust we place in them and consistently show that they take that responsibility seriously. Like any place, there are occasional challenges, but what truly sets them apart is their strong communication and accountability. Morgan, in particular, is wonderful at addressing concerns appropriately and ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents. We feel confident and at ease knowing our son is in such caring hands!

Kindercare is amazing . Ambrin is our acting director currently and she has been doing amazing her communication skills is everything. She’s also very supportive with the families and making their transition easy for their children to feel welcome. All the staff are very loving and caring.

I had looked at several daycares when searching for my son and am so grateful to have found Vernon Kindercare. The facility is clean, safe and welcoming. The staff are caring, engaging and always helpful. They make each day fun and interactive for my little one and he has grown so much since starting. I can't say enough or give enough praise to Ms. Nikhitha. She is an exceptional teacher and goes above and beyond for the children in her care. The app is great with daily updates and photos. The director and assistant director are phenomenal. They always listen and address any concerns or questions we may have. This center and staff are amazing and are by far the best! I would highly recommend Vernon Kindercare.

I am happy that my child is attending Kindercare. The director Morgan is very welcoming and sweet. She is always there to hear your concerns or answer any questions you might have. She is very helpful and great at her job.
The teachers are very nice and on top of their job.

This place just sucks, that’s evident of the fact that parents were asked to write reviews and it should also be telling when the staff have also written reviews to balance the original bad ones. The site have no communication or organization and they are incompetent on how the site functions. I am again arguing with the higher ups about them proactively changing our contract terms, specifically the price, after we have agreed to and signed a contract.

Please just avoid this place, their rates are outrageously high.

I’m getting tired of deleting my old review and rewriting so I’m leaving my second review below. Unfortunately, I didn’t save a copy of my first review but it included a large chunk of the staff waking out due to poor working conditions, the site being unclean, unorganized, and management not handling our sons health conditions appropriately.

Old “2nd” review:

When we first started, things were concerning and unorganized. However, the site has improved significantly since Morgan became the director. Anytime we have a request, Morgan will listen to our concerns and address them promptly.

The teachers and staff in the infant and toddler classes have been wonderful and caring. They’ve been keeping us informed on our son’s activities and keeping up with his needs. He is excited to see them everyday and you can tell he had a fun day when he leaves.

I have been working with the company since July of 2023, and seen everything we as a staff have gone through since! Having Morgan step into the role of Director and treat us like family has been something all of us needed!

Before going on my trip in Jan. 2024, I wasnt very happy with where I was in my professional life and how we the director wasnt taking anything seriously. Since coming back in April of 2024, Morgan has made me feel so comfortable in my role as a teacher! She makes a feel heard about my concerns! Vernon Kindercare has been an eye opener for me, and is helping me to reach goals (that I have been trying to work on for the past 6 years)!

Vernon Kindercare is such an amazing daycare for all children to learn and grow together! My wife and I couldn't thank the staff enough for being so loving, caring, and nurturing to our daughter! We were nervous at first because it was her first time in an atmosphere with so many kids. However, she quickly adapted to her surroundings and absolutely LOVES coming here!

Morgan, the director is such a genuine leader and human being! Since meeting her we have felt the strong devotion she puts in to create the children's habit to be the best it possible can be. Her attention to detail regarding the decorative, neat, and creative areas are brilliant! She is a strong communicator and always listens diligently to any questions or concerns we may have and addresses them promptly. That's what you call A GREAT LEADER!

The staff are beyond helpful and we know that our daughter is in great hands at all times! Between the cute constant photos they send us, to the detailed explanation of her feedings/ going potty, her mood at the time, or simply helping me when I walk through the door in the morning with taking her from my arms to help me and make sure she is alright...is such a BIG DEAL- and greatly appreciated.

Searching for a daycare is one of the most important decisions you make for your child in their early years on Earth and we are extremly glad we found a daycare we can call HOME for our babygirl. Its clique but its true..."its the small things that matter"
