I used vivid for my 60 hours to earn my license. Would recommend. Maurice is a gifted educator and the environment was lively and informative. Most importantly, I was prepared and knew how to study to pass both exams the first time. Will return for additional needs with regard to education in real estate myself. If you’re undecided on where to get your 60 hours of coursework to obtain your license I would really look no further.

If you want to or need to get your education and / or your classes for real estate or to get your real estate license, this is the place to go. The instructors are excellent, the learning is extensive, and what you need for any of your testing and requirements, and they make class fun and enjoyable so time flys by while you are in class. It's worth the money, and you won't regret going here, or you can use zoom and do classes at home.

Vivid Real Estate Learning Center sets the bar for learning how to perform Real Estate with the highest integrity! The interaction between the instructors and class is the best part. I have not completed any classes at Vivid but Maurice Taylor taught an ABR designation course at my Board in Asheville, NC and he is PHENOMENAL! Such a dynamic, engaging, knowledgeable instructor. We were lucky to get him. If you have the chance take his courses!!!

I just finished taking the Broker's Pre-License course with Maurice at Vivid and plan to take the post license course as well. I took the class online, but it still felt like I was sitting in the classroom with all the cameras and microphones and how Maurice keeps everyone in person and online engaged in the material and discussions. Maurice also does and excellent job of bringing in Guest Speakers that are relevant to the subject matter. I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking to expand their knowledge and training of all aspects of the Real Estate industry. Maurice is a Real Estate Guru!!

After having a less than stellar salesperson pre-licensure experience I took my post with Vivid three years ago and loved it. I just completed my Broker training with them and had the same experience. I attended via Zoom and Maurice has done a great job with various camera angles and microphones in the room for those who need a remote option. He's a wealth of knowledge, has a great stories and makes it fun while learning needed content. Highly recommend!

I have taken several classes and trainings under Maurice Taylor and Vivid Real Estate Learning Center. Top notch education, training and as always entertaining. Mr. Taylor knows his stuff and brings in real life experience to assist with bringing home a point. I highly recommend Vivid for your real estate education needs. Also, go the center....the snacks are top notch as well.
