My experience at VTI has been exceptional. I enrolled in the welding course, where the instructors were incredibly supportive and dedicated to ensuring students achieved perfection. They were patient, approachable, and willing to explain concepts step-by-step, never leaving me struggling. As a plumber seeking to expand my skills, I gained invaluable knowledge. I recently attended this school, and it's undoubtedly one of the best decisions I've ever made. The instructors and staff are highly professional, ensuring that students grasp every concept, no matter how many reviews are needed.

The program perfectly balances theory with hands-on training, providing invaluable experience working with A/C units. Additionally, the school offers resume-building assistance and job placement support, tailored to each student's location.

I wanna thank "Top" Michael Frans.

While I am not in Phoenix let alone in the state he has helped me through my adventure of fixing my own unit here in the great state of Texas. I was a student there back in January 2025. While I am not there and needed the help even though I currently work for POLYGON working on commercial HVAC Systems I still couldn't figure out the problem and needed a more experienced and professional assistance and "TOP" helped me step by step. Even though it may have been frustrating and possibly annoying that he couldn't be here in person he still helped through the beginning to end.

VTI as a former student I say this man here needs a raise haha.
Him being an instructor at your campus he's more than just a teacher and a role model he's a friend and he would take the shirt off his back in the time of need.

Top I hope one day we can cross paths whether it's for class or just to hangout.

I’m currently attending but yes is real and no is not a scam. It’s 30 days, you get $255 every Wednesday and you’ll start off at a hotel and later when there’s availability, they’ll move you to an apartment and I’m not gonna lie there nice. It’s a 12 hours long class, first week is power point and after that, it’s hands on. Most trades schools are 4. To 6 hours long but this one is 12hrs so basically this a 2 to 3 month school. You get a free flight here and back but I decided to drive from Georgia to here because I wanted to drive around here and explore. If you decide to drive here, make sure you save all your gas receipts because they’ll refund you and double it. Yes they double it. Anyway yes they honestly target veterans but the instructors are very knowledgeable and they like to joke around which make you feel more comfortable and not nervous. Any way I give 4 out of 5 just feel that they need more time and more information to put
