I had my kids here for a little over a month. My sons only two and I never got complaints about him. They do say they potty train but they didn’t work with my son at all, he was there all day. Within the first week at their new daycare, he was already potty training and not needing pull ups. I started getting complaints non stop about my daughter and being called to pick her up multiple times for things she’s never done at home. It got to the point I put her in therapy and had a behavioral therapist scheduled to go to the daycare with her. 20 minutes before the therapist was scheduled to go there, they called me and kicked my daughter out for “behavior.” I was told they’d call parents to pick kids up when the kids didn’t even do anything, probably from being short staffed. They let kids run completely wild with no structure and they let kids bully each other along with staff bullying kids. I understood quickly why my daughter had trouble regulating. She even got scratched in the face by a teacher, no one would allow me to view cameras and the teacher that did it, “no longer worked there” so they couldn’t ask her questions. She was gone not long after the incident. They say they can’t go back and look at cameras but I know they can since someone I know had cps involved to view them before. This place should honestly be shut down and shouldn’t be funded by jfs. My daughter has been at a new daycare with completely different behavior. The staff at their new one love the kids and treat them like family. When your child cries to be left somewhere, listen to them!

Understaffed, constantly not following ratios and staff hired is inexperienced. Administration is BEYOND rude and and insensitive. Kids are singled out to be sent home when short staffed. They refuse to heat up lunches, half the time they skip breakfast and only give them animal crackers. Diapers are not changed every 2 hours and my kid came home with so many rashes. You pay ahead for 2 weeks but if you miss a day with proper heads up they never credit you. Staff has been witnessed to yank children's arms, yell at children and just improperly handle situations despite what administration (Jacqueline) says they can do. We pulled out child after a horrible situation with her being singled out during the facility being short staffed and during a death in my immediate family. Stay clear of Weecare. The discounts aren't Worth it. And forget trying to address with corporate! They can't be bothered to answer the phone.

DO NOT TAKE YOU ADHD OR AUTISTIC KIDS HERE! They are currently trying to sneakily force parents to withdraw their kids older than 8 with "behavior issues" (my kids no angel, but he's behaved) out of the daycare. That's medical discrimination! No more busses from the local school are allowed to stop here because staff just doesn't want to do it anymore. Genevieve repeatedly told me kid to shut up when he talked and she was so mean to the point where he told me he didn't feel safe around her anymore. They suspended my son during to summer after he stood up to his bully and I was told by Jacquelyn that my son couldn't return until he stated taking stronger or different meds for his adhd. Sad that I had to pull my son after being there for 6 years but all these new girls have no clue how to run this place.

Do not take your children here. They do not care about the well being of your children. They hire people with no experience or desire to look after children. They sit on their butts all day just yelling at the kids. I've pulled mine from there and have spoken to many other parents who have done the same due to them lying or not properly caring for the kids. They do not follow the 2 hour guidelines when it comes to changing their diapers either. Mine were pulled after the director admitted to lying about forcing my child nap after I expressed multiple times he doesn't need too. Also refused to let me see video of what happened to my son when he came home with a fat, busted and bloody lip. Called above the directors head to the owner who stated she "would investigate" and get the footage to me. She never did not. The people there cannot be trusted to take care of children.

I went to this daycare when I was little, my teacher literally made me chase a kid around the room because she was too lazy to get the kid herself. The kid bit me in my hand and they didn't do nothing about it. Also, the staff would yell at us for no reason and they pinned a kid against a wall because they were getting too out of hand instead of trying to calm the kid down and calling the kid parents. I for sure DO NOT recommend this place coming from a child that went to this daycare.

They have no experience with children. These so called "teachers" are babysitters, people hired off the street. They don't provide lunch or dinner for the children you have to bring food for your child/children. Now starting on July 1st they will no longer heat food up for the children, so now you can't bring in any hot food because they are too lazy to heat the food up. CLOSE DOWN!!!!
