The teachers and the staffs are so kind and supportive. I spent two very good years there and learn a lot. I am really grateful to all, the caring and literate staff and teachers there. I will never forget their kindness. I always pray for them.

I initially came into contact with WVOC from a recommendation and quickly completed orientation in February. I was excited to begin class in August and was told by the registration office that enrollment for my class would begin in MAY. I put myself on the waitlist and decided I would call back then. I called on May 1st to enroll, and was now told that enrollment had to be pushed back to JUNE. I had noticed that the woman in the enrollment office whom I had spoke to, read my e-mail to me incorrectly. I was able to clarify with her and correct the spelling of my e-mail so that I would receive the enrollment info when it was time. Anyways, June? No problem right. I called in June, and was told that the enrollment e-mail would come in LATE JUNE / EARLY JULY. Again, no problem! Called back in the beginning of July as I had received no e-mail; shocker. Enrollment pushed back to late July. At this point, I have called this school almost EVERY TWO WEEKS between May and late July. On July 22nd, I called and asked about enrollment. To my surprise, the woman in the registration office had told me that enrollment was done and the students for the class had already been picked. I protested and remarked that I was one of the first students on the list, and was not contacted. We went over my entry on the list and she read my e-mail wrong to me, and thus, that was the e-mail it was sent to. She assured that she would hand write my e-mail correctly, and have the professor forward the information to me by the end of the day. To make things short, I called 3 more times and came in person once over the course of 14 days, and was never sent that e-mail. I waited 6 months for a class that never came despite a consistent effort on my behalf.

So this review is entirely written to speak on my experience with the registration office. It seems that WVOC is extremely unorganized, and did not make an effort to make my situation right. It just seemed like I was speaking to people in the registration office that did not care about the student body, or else they would’ve worked with me to rectify the situation.

Attached is phone call history from my many encounters with them.
