I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my experience at Western Medical Training Center. I enrolled in your program with high hopes for a quality education, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised.

I found the level of professionalism and support from the instructors to be unacceptable. Specifically, I was disappointed with Dulce’s approach to teaching, as she often spent more time on her phone than engaging with the class. She frequently relied on Google for answers instead of providing explanations, and there were multiple instances when class was cut short for no apparent reason.

Mikaela, another instructor, was dismissive of students’ concerns. When I reached out to discuss my struggles and the significant time and money I had invested in the course, she was unhelpful and unresponsive, even hanging up on me when I expressed my concerns.

Furthermore, Damien Weston, the individual responsible for overseeing the program, showed a lack of professionalism and respect. Rather than addressing my concerns, he blamed me for issues that were beyond my control and treated me with complete disrespect. This behavior is unacceptable, especially given the financial and emotional investment that students make in your program.

The final straw was when I was removed from the course during the last week of lab over an insignificant issue—a word written on my hand—despite my consistent attendance and dedication. This action demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and understanding.

I am not the only one in my class with complaints; many of my peers have expressed similar frustrations with the lack of support and professionalism at Western Medical Training Center.

I would appreciate a response to this email, as I believe it is important for the institution to understand the impact of these issues on students.

I had a very disappointing experience with this institution. Once they receive your payment, they seem indifferent to students’ concerns. The administration is unresponsive, and if an instructor dislikes you, they may dismiss you unfairly. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, making it clear that student success is not their priority. I would not recommend investing your time or money here.

If you care about your education, your time, and your money, do not sign up for this course. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any class, and every student in my class felt the same way. The instructors and staff are completely unprofessional, dismissive, and only care about taking your money.

The lab was supposed to run from 4 PM to 8 PM, but the instructor, Dulce, constantly canceled or ended class early for no real reason. Instead of actually teaching, she would Google answers to our questions, stay on her phone the entire time, and give out a ridiculous number of quizzes without providing any real instruction. If you're expecting an instructor who cares about students, you won't find that here. She was rude, immature, and clearly more interested in her personal life than doing her job. On the very first day, she told us we didn't need to ask permission to step out of class, but when I briefly went to my car to grab my water bottle after finishing a quiz, she reported me to the office. That's where Damien Weston comes in--he is one of the most unfair, biased, and money-hungry people I've encountered. He does not care about students, only about the money they bring in. Instead of hearing me out, he immediately blamed me for nothing and treated me with complete disrespect.
Then there's Mikaela, who doesn't listen to students at all. When I tried to explain my situation and told her how much time, money, and effort I had already invested in the course, her response was basically, "We don't care," before rudely hanging up on me. The lack of professionalism is insane. To make matters worse, they kicked me out of the course and it was the last week of my lab and they just kicked me out of the lab over something as ridiculous as a word written on my hand, after I had been showing up every single day, studying hard, and pushing through despite fasting for Ramadan. They showed zero empathy, zero understanding, and zero concern for students' actual success.
This program is a scam. They lie to you in the beginning, making it seem like they'll help you every step of the way, but once they have your money, they don't care about you at all. Everyone in my class had complaints, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you value your time and money, stay far away.

My experience with western medical school was incredible I took CNA classes my instructor was Ms.Karen so nice and very kind person she really cares about her students and for them to pass their exam I really recommend this school I loved it! Western Medical training center is a big scam they take your money and drop you off for no reason I don’t recommend anyone. Teachers behavior is very bad with students.

I enrolled in training center it's the worst without telling me they dropped me and I already pay them the money but I can't get my refund and anything the worst college and they have bad communication with there students

This school far exceeded my expectations. Although my class only lasted a month, I learned everything there was to learn about how to be a CNA. Even though I had experience in healthcare, I still learned so many new skills and techniques when it comes to patient care. Mrs. Summer was an amazing teacher, tough at times but always looking out for us, exactly what you need in a good instructor. Her anecdotes and jokes made class so much more fun. I was lucky enough to have the best classmates who were all super friendly. We were all best friends by the end of the first week! Overall, it was a great experience that left me with a wealth of knowledge and new forever friends.

I took weekends CNA course with Ms. Terrie. She is the best teacher I’ve ever had. She was supportive and always told me I will get there. Yes, I passed the exam, all class passed the exam at the first time. Ms. Tracy is really nice and helpful. 🩷 Love this school.
