My daughter has come to this daycare twice, the previous experience - with the previous director (1+ year ago) was not the best. However, with new directors in place they have turned this center around and my daughter looks forward to going everyday. The directors don’t hesitate to reach out and communicate any issues no matter how big or small. They update you consistently on the parental app, with photos and videos of the daily lessons. I’m grateful to have come back and have such a great experience, while not questioning my daughter’s happiness. 🙂

WLC has truly been a lifesaver for my family and me. As a self-pay, working single parent without surviving relatives who can help me with my little girl, I often feel overwhelmed, especially with rising costs. My oldest is away at college, which adds to the challenge. However, this learning center has been a tremendous blessing.

The staff are incredible—compassionate women who genuinely care for every child and family. The diversity within the center enriches our children’s experiences and helps them appreciate the world around them. I wish I could give more stars than the maximum allowed; my gratitude runs deep.

As new parents, we were worried about going back to work and the care our daughter would be receiving. Westerville learning center has surpassed our expectations and we could not be happier. They are an amazing team of teachers and director. Everyone makes you welcome. The staff is extremely caring and friendly. They make it a point to learn about you and your child. They know everyone by name, they greet you and engage with you and your child before you walk through the door. You really feel like you are part of a family. The facility is organized, maintained, and always clean.

Our daughter’s teachers are so in tune with her needs, which is extremely helpful being first-time parents. It’s hard enough to have to leave your kids to go to work but knowing she is not only cared for but loved makes it that much easier. She is thriving in an environment conducive to learning and growth.

We couldn’t be more pleased. We would recommend.

I have 0 complaints ! First let me say the director Bushra is super professional , I needed to find care from my girls right away and when walking in I knew it would be a great fit. She is super friendly , understanding & helpful. Jessie one of the teachers, goes above & beyond & always does it with a smile. The daycare itself ? Super clean everyone is no nice ! Not one bad vibe ; highly recommended

My daughter has been going to Westerville learning center for 2 years now, We love it there and the staff is great! Tuition has been affordable and consistent the whole time. The shuttle/latch key service between daycare and school has been very convenient as well. I’ve referred this daycare to people I know and recommend the same to anybody reading this!!!

We’ve only been coming a short time, but have been happy. Our daughter is a hand full, so we appreciate their patience. She seems really happy to see the teachers and we don’t deal with the evening hanger we used to. The only con is that I miss getting pictures throughout the day, but that’s ok. Not a deal breaker.

This place is like home sparkling clean teachers are wonderful they can help your child grow and prepare them for kindergarten I will recommend this place to any parent that need help with their child Miss Bushrah is an amazing women thank you for taking care of my kids.
