I don’t understand how this has high ratings, when majority of the time there’s something always wrong.
It’s crazy to see how these young employees just don’t care about anything but a check and producing whack ass food.
Service is so poor I was literally the only one inside for pickup and it took a min when there was a full shift.
(Just be careful if you do decide to ever go)

Placed order for curbside. Drinks brought out right away had to wait for over 25 minutes for food, I was told after calling twice that they were waiting on fries. I guess the multiple people. That walked in and out arriving after I did and the people
Driving in and out from the drive through I the last 25 minutes all placed orders before I did. They send my food out right after we hang up and wow my burger is cold. The worse of it is no accountability. Just say I’m sorry we forgot about your order we will make sure that it’s not cold and send it right out. I would have been like well crap but ok. Don’t make excuses as I’m sitting here watching people get their food and I’m being told they had placed orders before i did. I’m like sure they did.

I ordered my food through the app. I waited outside with my hazards on for pick up.
I waited 30 minutes.
Came inside to ask and they gave the order to the wrong person. I waited another while for my food due to that mistake.

That mistake costed me my whole work break and I came to work late from it. I ended up losing my job because of the 15 extra minutes it took for y'all to fix the mistake.

Had an online order. Little girl at drive thru, had an additude problem. If she upset about working then go home, why work. She said fries were not ready, food was ordered 20min ago and I had to wait in front. Waited another 20min to find out that the little girl again didn't mention it to nobody, but she had her purse ready to go home.

Never fails coming to this whataburger and my order is never right , if it’s not something as simple as gravy for my strips then it’s my whole grilled chicken being close enough to raw . You would think they get paid a sufficient enough amount and weekly at that to maintain a good service but I guess cause it’s the west side they give us what they think we are worth .

The slender girl with curly hair bringing out my food to curbside was incredibly rude. I tell her hi and she gives me the 'shut up and take your food' look. And rolls her eyes and walks away like she's being forced to work there. The time before, the guy at the drive through window holds my drinks at the ledge and would NOT hand them to me. He just stared at me until I was like, so....do I have to get out of my car and get them? He never budged. Idk if he was high or just that rude. I go for the food, but the service is just BAD.
