Amazon return kiosk down and no help from staff. Just waiting forever for the actual return desk to open up for a simple return. 6 or 7 people queued up and waiting before they even open at 9am. Cost cutting at its finest. Management team should stop responding to these reviews and actually do something to address customer service, or lack of.

Fruits and vegetables used to be quite fresh and reliable here. The quality has been falling over the time. I’ve been getting molded fruit and vegetables. Got a box of blueberries and quarter of them were moldy. Got a box of strawberries and goes bad the next day. Got a bag of onions and only one isn’t moldy inside. The gingers at the fresh veggies aisle are almost always molded. Not all veggies are bad here, but the chances of getting bad one is quite high now. I’ve been consistently getting molded veggies and fruits here for the past 3 months. Feels like smart and final 2.0 but more expensive. Please get better.

One of my favorite places to shop for groceries. This is a neighborhood store where they know their customers by name. My butcher knows what is my “usual” and what day of the week I shop. Talk about PERSONALIZED service. A five star, indeed.

Every time I buy vegetables from this store, I find bugs inside! It has become absolutely disgusting, and I can’t even think about buying any produce from them anymore. If this is what I can see in whole vegetables, I can’t imagine what’s inside the pre-cut ones!

I’m extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of their produce, and I’ve completely lost trust in the quality of their fruits and vegetables. It’s shocking that a store at this level sells products in such a condition!

Maybe they should learn how to properly clean their produce before putting it out for customers. I don’t want to bring bugs into my home or have them crawling over my groceries!

I was so disappointed with their food. We go to the Whole Foods in Fremont and love their hot food bar and pizza. Unfortunately, the quality is not up to par here.
The pizza was WAY undercooked, tasted like raw yeast, gooey, just pure dough!
The samosas were baked (!?), hard as a rock and flavorless.
Then I made the mistake of using their bathroom.... GROSS!! NO TP or paper towels, water did not work, and someone had dry shaved into the sink!!!

They have a wide selection of cheese here.

But my favorite part is the counters that sell frankies, perfect for a quick bite before shopping around nearby.

The checkout is fast and easy and they have prime member discounts on top of regular discounts.

This is a great place to return your Amazon items as well

Just opened last week (Oct 2020). Really nice. Expansive. Staff are cordial and super responsive. Everything's well laid out, but it can still be difficult to find some things simply because there's so much of everything. Even if you're not interested in sweets, stop by the bakery and take a gander at the absolutely gorgeous custom cakes. Garage parking is handy.
