Very friendly and informative staff. I called and was able to donate a lot of my baby clothes and formula. It was easy and quick. I’m so glad I can help others in need. I’ll be back to donate more.

The services they offered me and still offer others are amazing. I can't tell you how many lives this place has helped save, including mine. Unfortunately, I think they should probably change a policy or two, but I realize that rules are rules for a reason and that there always has to be someone who ruins it for everyone... Again, I can't tell you have greatful I am for this place.. but they recently changed their name in 2023 to PREVAIL! from WCYFS. It confused me when one of the representatives that are currently helping me out, had called me and the caller ID came up as PREVAIL! and I asked her what that was and she explained to me that they changed their name at the beginning of 2023.. I can't thank these people or our County enough for everything that they have done for me and my child and for getting me back on my feet. I do not regret using their services one bit. Truly immensely greatful that programs like that exist !! ❤️

Carmen is the rudest most unprofessional unpleasant person I have ever encountered. How you crisis line but can not help people! They are useless and worthless! Whatever happens to me is on them! Fire these people.

Nice quiet setting. However I sorta felt hurried along. I wasn't informed on any resources that may help. My windshield was bashed in for the 7th time in two months by my abuser. I wasn't told of any victim compensation resource. My son's clothes were stolen from our home due to our abuser. No referral or voucher was offered. I mentioned I had no gas to travel to a place to go that evening. No gas voucher was offered. But I came in directly after an episode by my abuser. And we were referred to a shelter in a nearby city. Thankfully.

In 2008 I was involved in a DV case and was assigned Brian lovins as a worker he help us in our time of need also made it possible for us to even have a Christmas that year and for all he did I am very thankful to him and the women's center. God bless and happy holidays..
