I decided to step out of my comfort zone take a burlesque class here and it was amazing. Not only was the instructor extremely welcoming, but the whole class was tailored to a learning environment. I felt comfortable and safe while learning a new way of dance along with being able to take my time learning the moves. For a person like myself that has 3 left feet (I’m that bad at dancing) I was able to confidently do the burlesque routine without fault after just a 1 hour class. I would highly recommend work it fitness to anyone who wants to step out of there comfort zone and learn a fun new form of empowering exercise.

I booked a private 1 hour pole class for my birthday with Michelle and she was the best! She was prompt at getting back to me after my initial inquiry and extremely easy to work with. The class itself was amazing. She made it a safe and fun environment to learn about pole. I would recommend this studio for anyone looking to have fun with their friends and if you want to try something new!

I’ve gone twice now and I will be back next week! Instructor, Michelle, is incredible. Have fun moving your body without realizing the amount of exercise you are actually doing. The studio is lovely and they’ve provided a judgement free environment to step out of your comfort zone and surprise yourself with your abilities! I highly recommend this fitness studio to anyone looking for a fun and creative exercise outlet regardless of your level of experience.

My friend and I decided to try a burlesque class and we had a really fun time. We were a little nervous about wearing heels or standing out due to our lack of experience, but from the minute we walked in the door, we felt so comfortable. We were greeted with amazing energy which got us even more excited to try the class. We were told we can try the class in heels and if it was too much, we could take them off, but it really wasn't bad with them on. The instructor broke down the choreography so smoothly and by the time class was over, I was performing all the moves, feeling confident and beautiful while I did it. There aren't any classes like this near me; this was a long drive, but it was well worth the commute and we most certainly will be returning students!

I've been taking classes here for almost two years and I've loved every minute of it. Pole dancing has really taken me out of my comfort zone in all of the best ways. All of the instructors are so supportive and they work hard to help us reach our personal goals. Taking classes here is a great way to get stronger, build confidence, meet great people, and have fun all at the same time! Love it here!

Work It has truly become my home away from home. It consistently gives me a sense of belonging and purpose when I need it most.

Recently my favorite classes have been Moxy’s Low Flow on Wednesdays, and Michelle’s (the owner of the studio) Open Pole on Saturdays. But truly all instructors are amazing - Momo has great, energized heels choreo and Michela’s instruction in spin pole class is also very very good. Occasionally there are subs, and I’ve always had great experiences with subs as well). The non-pole classes are super fun as well, but I take them less frequently because I just love pole so much haha!

Michelle does a great job with staffing up excellent dancers, but more importantly excellent teachers. She also is very open to feedback from students regarding classes we want to see, timings of classes, tricks we want to learn, etc.

Cost wise - yes of course it costs more than your standard gym membership. But for the amount of joy and belonging I get out of it, I am happy to make the investment in myself!

I went to my first pole class here. The music system is a bit amature coming from
one end of the room reflecting and distorting throughout the room making it harder to hear the instructor. But the enthusiasm carries over and makes these classes fun and top notch regardless.
This class worked both my body and my mindz
Worthwhile time enough so that I intend to revisit soon.
