They're second-rate, this shows from the amount of jobs/assignments that they have available. They're the stereotypically 'innovative' but stagnant staffing agency that comfortably slogs along while remaining arrogant and prideful in their mentality (faux first-rate), resulting in a lack of progress sustained for years on end. Again, their stunted growth reflects in their availability--bottlenecked by their highfalutin attitudes. It's not worth getting a job/assignment with them over, say, Onin or Manpower or even Express Staffing.
