Very nicely maintained. Well groomed tees and greens. Wide open fairways without a bunch of obstacles like bunkers; which I enjoyed as a (somewhat) novice. Highly Enjoyable!

I didn't play it but I walked around it in the evening. Expect breezes! Course is filled with rolling hills but just one sand trap. Not sure if typical but groups of 6 were out there.
