06.30.2921...I arrived here for delivery time was 8 pm for delivery I arrived 7.30 pm. Checking girl make sign paper and return me say wait in truck we contact u. After some time one guy came say drop my trailer they will move to dock I say ok. After I start wating and put downy number in receiving office and request when my trailer goes empty plz call me. Say ok. But no body call me. After 8 hr I call to receiver what's status of my trailer he say empty. Than I say why u don't call to me. Say we don't have time, busy or may forgot. What a good answer. I recommend if u have your own trailer don't bring here cause unprofessional staff working here they don't care about drivers time.

? idk who are these people giving this company 5 stars. Such a joke. They might their own workers. I came here last night and dropped my trailer. They told me to pick my trailer around 10pm next night. I came here again and then they said 11:30pm then 1am and still waiting here. Well, who care Right!. There should be a law about it like when a company get it’s delivery at appointed time, it’s their responsibility to make the driver free with 2-3 hours. After that they have to pay back to the truck company for wasting time.

I deliver load today I drop my trailer and when I pick up they keep my 2 load bars I ask them they said we not found

Absolute crooks. They damage your package not caring at all and then point fingers and blame it on everybody else. Idiots running fork lifts and trucks. They managed to completely ruin a Brand new vehicle frame made out of solid steel and are trying to escape out of it saying it wasn't them. They have it documented that they destroyed the pallet but "didnt wreck anything else".
Do NOT use this company for anything of any value. Absolute garbage people that don't give a about anything going into their trucks. Terrible experience - Had I seen reviews prior to the frame getting shipped, I would have requested ANY other company over these jokes.

I never seen this kind of lazy people in my life i waited 5 hours they take off one pallet and get 10 min break i never wanna come to this place worst service seen in my life i am giving one star only for backing up my trailer to the dock
