Well maintained camp in beautiful location on the lake. Plenty of space and things to do. The camp staff worked extremely hard to make sure our group had a great time. They did the little stuff to make a big difference like fog the cabins before our group arrived. Great meals, friends staff and lifeguards. Needs some work and and TLC but who goes to camp for wonderful amenities

Love Camp Cha-La-Kee! My grandson has had the most amazing summer so far! He's learned wonderful skills and made friends! He has enjoyed lake activities, hiking archery, crafts and life skills. And is going for overnight mini camp! Planning to make this a part of every summer

My child has went the last 2 years and will probably continue to beg me each year to go. They have a good set of counselors, mature and knowledgeable. I don't know any of them personally but they all seem to have a good head on their shoulders.

Also, if you have buyers remorse after dropping your kiddos off, no need to worry, they take pics along the duration of the camp. It sure makes it a lot easier as a parent.

Camp itself is well up kept. Keep it up chalakee!

I had the honor of going here today on a field trip with the class that I am an aide in. This place was A-MAZING!!! We all really enjoyed the whole day very much & the pontoon boat ride also. We also had a nice picnic lunch and there is nothing better then eating outdoors on a beautiful day like today! I highly recommend this place for a day trip, or for your children to come to camp here! I feel pretty dumb honestly. I have lived here since the end of April 1994, and I have came out near this way many, many times, and I had no clue that this camp even existed. It was a beautiful day outside today to come and explore here. Thanks for a super, terrific, and just downright awesome day! I definitely will be telling my son about this trip and the camp. ?

My 3 boys went last year. The camp and activities were fun for them but my 1 star comes from the fact that my 8 year old son who couldn’t swim ( staff was informed), still had my son jump in the deep end of the pool with no floats or anyone in the pool to assist him, to dbl check his swim abilities. My son use to love getting in the pool and now he is still terrified. He trusted them and did it but again, no adult was in the pool to pull him out

Experience was horrible staff was horrible and you get in trouble for the slightest things the camp counselors are doing inappropriate things in front of 7 year olds like cursing expecting the children not to and then when they do they send them to the office and make them miss out on the activities. Definitely would never go here again. The cabins were infested and there were rats in the shower. I'm lucky I didn't wake up with a raccoon on my stomach ?. I highly do not recommend this place for a sleepaway camp. And don't even get me started on the director

The facilities were great for our basketball final banquet. The food was good and there was a lot to do. Great set up for a catered luncheon and team building fun on the lake.
