My boyfriend came here because he was severely dehydrated, had a high fever, and couldn’t stop vomiting. Despite his condition, we were told he couldn’t receive an IV, which was surprising and concerning. Instead, they gave him a nausea pill and a Gatorade. The overall experience was disappointing—the staff didn’t seem to care, and one even mentioned that we could have just treated him at home. It’s frustrating to see how the medical field has declined, and this visit only reinforced that feeling. It truly seems like just about anyone can be a doctor these days.

Plenty of handicap parking spots and easy vallet service for only $3. Friendly and helpful staff. Great knowledgeable doctors. They have imaging center in this facility as well as surgical center. Easy on and off from the highway.

Absolutely terrible. Came in BY AMBULANCE bc of body convulsions and heard/watched the EMT and charge nurse (Karen.. of course) blatantly talking about me with my room curtain wide open without even being spoken to yet. Karen also said “he can wait 5 minutes” to the security guard who asked if my boyfriend can come in, even though by time the 2nd nurse had come in to place an IV (that had no need to be placed at that time), I was begging for him to be allowed in. I saw a doctor ONE time and he ordered me a pregnancy test that I didn’t ask for and then I was discharged with no reason as to why this happened to me, OH and they couldn’t explain why my blood tests show an infection just to put the icing on the cake. This ED sucks and always has. Awful staff. And you can never get an actual answer!! Gave 2 stars because I had one kind nurse that made the others easier to deal with.

I came with a strong pain in my lower back and they attended to me immediately and the doctor was very kind. They gave me an injection. 30 minutes later I began to move my back without much pain. Thanks to all the staff who work hard for all the patients.

Do not go to this emergency room. Although I did receive a little bit of help, I came in in the worst pain of my life after a back injury from processing lumber.

They got me from a pain level of 10 to maybe a six enough to help me sleep for a few hours. Then basically sent me home with a Band-Aid like it was going to miraculously disappear. I truly needed help nothing long-term just something for breakthrough pain for the next few days while my wife was out of town and I’m taking care of my young stepdaughter.

That made me go through the embarrassment of talking to the patient advocate who did absolutely nothing for me. They are treating me like a scumbag addict that came off of the street Looking for drugs.

I am A medical professional and I work in navigated in robotic Neurosurgery Brain And Spine. They want to blame it on the epidemic, but then when regular people truly need help you get Treated the same as any Drug seeking addict off of the street it is pathetic. I am also a combat veteran, and this is the treatment that I received. They now treat everybody the same you’re guilty until proven innocent. It doesn’t matter now because now I have to fight for my right to not be in pain instead of being able to Heal up and feel better. I have to argue with administrative people who could not care less about helping patients all this from your very own Yale health system. What a joke and a disappointment

I was treated so badly can't say the people's name but one old lady was not nice we need more people that care n don't judge but what comes comes. N got a record n after what happened the dr asked if I was record why yes, yes I was so tired of the way people treated n shit need to get taken care of I seen so many treated badly an same wit me and they get paid for this lol they a joke

Intake, triage (Nurse Bob), the nurse, radiology and doctor have all been fantastic and everything has been timely and smooth.

Today was the very first time I came to this facility to have my routine mammogram and ultrasound. I feel it is important to express that my experience was horrible. I found that both the person who did my mammogram and the person who did my ultrasound were extremely not helpful nor empathetic with any answers to any of my questions. I will make sure I never go there in the future for any further screenings. I left that facility with questions unanswered and a full anxiety attack. No professional should be allowed to put that upon any patient, I don't care what your protocol is!!!!
