I have gone to classes at Yoga House for a year and a half now, and absolutely love the community Ashley and Mika have built. In the beginning, I was very hesitant to go to class much less flow from the front row. Now, I attend multiple classes a week and have a front row space with my name on it - right between some of the sweetest ladies that I have come to call friends. It's a great place to go to escape the hustle of life - I love that they are expanding their offering to include some mid-day classes too. They truly have something for everyone!

I encourage you to come and experience the Yoga House family. There is nothing else that compares, and I am so grateful that they are located in the Shoals.

Stopped by for a drop in “all levels” class while traveling from out of town. This is by far one of the best studios I’ve been to. Clean, cozy and welcoming. The instructors pacing and explanations were perfect and I left feeling amazing!
