I loved the Y6 power! It’s for the full spectrum of body work: breath, muscle building, strengthening, opening and stretching, as well as energizing and relaxing. I would highly recommend this class, as well as the entire schedule and studio. It’s clean, easily accessible, and plenty of FREE parking! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the community is also wonderful. So happy I found Yoga 6!

Great classes, great instructors! Professional and clean studio! Love the variety of classes, welcoming staff at the front desk, fashionable yoga apparel and nice touches though out the studio. No worries if you forgot dry shampoo, deodorant, hair ties, or mints, they’ve got you covered! The cooling towels at the end of class are AMAZING too! So much to like at Y6!

yoga six was offering a three classes for $36, and coming from Boston pricing for workout classes, I thought this was a great deal. The class was excellent. It allowed for all modifications and was perfect for anyone of any skill sets. The instructor gave options to advance your practice or modifications based on injury or skill set. The hour class I enjoyed because it allowed for an adequate time for shavasana , And I feel like a lot of other studios rush through that. I also enjoyed that they used aromatherapy here. While you were in shavasana, the instructor came around with a lavender scented oil and pressed it along your shoulders and collarbone, which was a nice touch. On exiting the class, they provided a cold towel that had another essential oil on it. I wasn’t familiar with the scent that they used, but it was very soothing and perfect post workout. The studio is beautiful. as you enter, you will enter into a large room that has all sorts of yoga, attire, supplies, and other goods for sale. There are two well stocked bathrooms that have mints, spray, deodorant, dry shampoo, feminine hygiene, products, and other miscellaneous goods that are helpful when going from a workout to somewhere else. I would highly recommend the studio. They had a bunch of classes available, and it was attended by people of all ages.

I've enjoyed about 6 slow flow classes now. Mallory has been excellent and so have two other instructors. The space is a little warmer than I like.

Everyone was really warm, friendly, and welcoming. One of the students showed me where the blocks and equipment were. The lighting and music during the class were really calming. The instructor came up to me after the class and was very warm and welcoming asking how I liked the class. Definitely one of the best yoga classes I’ve experienced.
