To whom it may concern,
It's obvious by the ridiculous way the incident report is made that you do not want any bus drivers reported. So I shall just state this:
Today at 8:28am Pickup- Bus number B039 (District 1 for Palmcroft)
chose to stop midway between Circle K and Desert Royal Mobile Park complex mid street.
Children had to walk through the street to get onto the bus. Abruptly closing the door and starting to drive off before any of the children had a chance to sit down.
Also today at drop off. 4:10pm Bus number B039 (District 1 for Palmcroft)
chose to stop even further from the bus stop near Circle K. I had to yell at the kids to not come off of the bus because of oncoming traffic. I ran to the bus to get my children off safely. While all this was occurring, a second bus was trying to squeeze on by the stopped one. Stop hiring people who are not qualified. As the new bus was trying to squeeze by, I tried getting my last son off but B039 decided to close the door unannounced and drive further (closer) to the actual bus stop, while the children were still standing! This is obscene! How more dangerous could it have been if the parents were not there. Children running into the street because a bus driver is lazy and incompetent. Children getting hurt because a bus driver is late and decides to drive off before the children have a chance to sit down. Unbelievable. Where is our regular bus driver and why is this fool here endangering the little ones.
I hope this incident is not going to be a recurrence.
