I went to Everest university before Zenith education took over. This is by far the worst experience ever. I graduated in jan 2016, just prior to graduation, I got a email in dec 2015 for 11,115.17 balance. I immediately contacted the school, I called several financial aid rep, explaining my situation and up until this day, no one called me back. I had financial aid and student loans so how come I am being harassed by bill collectors for this amount. when I did finally speak to someone, they couldn't rectify the amount, only suggest repayment. Now, I need my transcript and I'm having issues getting it b/c of this balance. then in aug 2016, I got a letter from the dept of education, stating the school was under review. I now feel like the school enrolled me in their genesis loan with out my consent. I have since written emails and letter to the school to get this matter cleared. Please don't waste your money here. Our education is an investment towards our future, so lets not take the easy way.

This company don’t even deserve the one star but this is the only way to comment. I wouldn’t recommend this education group to a pack of wolves. I attempted the Altierus Norcross, Ga campus and it’s the biggest regret of life. They tell you all the right stuff to wheel you in but they don’t give a rats a** about you. It starts the man in charge Mr. Delaney and works it’s way straight down. Don’t waste your time with these people. And when you call the Zenith Education help line, those people are no better, they can’t answer any of your questions. Why work for a company that you know nothing about. A bunch of frauds!!! Both thumbs down, and they wonder why campuses can’t stay open and their facility turn over rate is so high. Disgusted!!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THEIR SCHOOLS. They schools close down and even though I formally submitted my transcript 4 times in 2 years. they never sent it I had to go to the department of education who informed me that they have tons of complaints against them they do not keep proper records. Luckily they had mine. Dept. Of Education also told me most students transcript seem to vanish once their school closes.

Another company that outsources jobs to other countries so they can line their own pockets. Peter Taylor is a scumbag, along with all the other executives this company, none of which seem to have ethics. Be ready to lose if you do business with them. Apparently you have to select a star to post a review, but my real opinion would be none at all.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ONLY HELP YOU GET IS NO HELP AT ALL YOU ARE BETTER OFF HELPING YOURSELF. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY INFORMATION THAT I REQUESTED. NO ONE FOLLOWS UP WITH YOU EMAIL.
