Jerry has been in real estate for over 30 years, and he is very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. Jerry made sure we had a clear understanding of the course material. His teaching style is effective, interesting, and engaging. He is also very encouraging and understanding, he made sure that we were Completely prepared for the state exam! I have to start by saying the in-class learning experience with Jerry was outstanding. Not only does he bring his many years of experience to the classroom in providing practical examples of how the Real Estate industry works but also his technical knowledge and understanding of the material helps you grasp some of the more difficult concepts. Jerry's coursework includes books with practical exercises, online material with video tutorials, apps to help you learn Alabama Real Estate law, and quizzes to prepare for the test. Bottom line is Jerry goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the material and are prepared for the Alabama salesperson test.
