Had a celebration of life for my father that had past in this place over the past weekend. All went well till the following day when we were told we were in the wrong room and was talked to very rudely from the person " in charge " I apologize for being in the wrong room but given a key that did not open doors on side and opened the door around back seemed to be the place we was supposed to be. Regardless of what happened nobody needs to be talked to like that from Claire You can keep the deposit. Its not that big of a deal but I sure hope you don't speak to all your paying customers like that. Hopefully others get the correct keys and use the correct room.

Do not plan an event at this venue!!! Staff is less than friendly and ill equipped to run the facility.
We rented a room for a celebration of life for my father in Law and was never showed exactly where our specific area was to have the event. Found out later we were in the wrong part of the building and were treated with hostility and rudeness. Because of their screw up they refused to return our deposit. Clare was completely unprofessional and hostile to our family for their lack of supervision of the event.

Question if you rent a room, ur given a key, key doesn't open door you thought you should go in but it does open a door around back. Where do you think you should be? Next day I was rudely told we we were not suppose to be in the senior center. Place has to be sanitized now, it was left a mess and key was not returned. Key was returned because she found it right where it was to be and the place was left just as we found it. No signs saying you couldn't use this room. Not getting deposit back due to senior center has to be sanitized. Really it takes $100 to do this. Tried talking to clara. Didn't really get very far. One thing I did learn today was the key that was given to me wasn't suppose to open senior center door. Ok think about that. I have so much more to say about my conversation with her but she said "it's water under the bridge". Repeating that a few times. We did not commit any crime here. Key wouldn't open one door but did another. I wonder why.
