Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get through to this office via phone (which was confirmed by the fairly rude man working at the front desk). However, when I visited the office, I was able to meet with an employment specialist (Wendi) almost immediately (visited first thing on a Monday morning), and she was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful in navigating what has been a very confusing and frustrating unemployment insurance process. Thank you, Wendi!!

Your phone system for unemployment option two then option one hangs up every time and no person. Spent over a week calling and chose a different option to get through. Paperwork indicates call too schedule an appointment for orientation but you offer no appointments, and only walk ins? Wtf, but I can gladly sit there hours waiting right? Per your previous reply to your Google review from 3 months ago still haven't fixed the issue. Embarrassing, but it's not my life. Literally every single person 100% that calls and selects the option to get transferred and helped out will NEVER get a hold of anyone period. Fix your system.

Phone called with general select system leading to nothing that leads to no associate or employee answering the phone...ID verification was completed in Nov, but now it's not?

I was assisted by two ladies (I'm very sorry I cannot remember your names) and Lionel today. They were all extremely sweet and helpful! The first two ladies assisted with updating my last name in the system because I could not figure out how to and also helped me get set up on speaking with someone there at the Worksource office. I learned about a lot of resources through Lionel that will help me tremendously in my job search process. Thank you all for making my experience here easy breezy! It really brought my stress down about my whole situation.

I have autism and went here with my Supported Employment Specialist. They asked who she was and I told them, to which they scoffed and said "okay well your 'emotional support' has to wait in the lobby." The woman went through every job I selected interest in and went down the line removing 99% of them and told me why I would be bad at them. She then said "Can I just say... it really doesn't seem like you should be in the workforce. I mean, you brought your FRIEND here with you as emotional support! That's not what real adults do. This just really doesn't seem like something you're actually ready for." I was humiliated and unable to defend myself because my advocate was barred from doing her job and kept getting written off as my friend or emotional support. That was the end of the conversation! She didn't think I was ready to have a job so she didn't help me further. I don't remember her name or I would include it in this review. Please be wary of this location and make sure you can advocate for yourself especially if you are disabled. If I had taken her advice, I would still be jobless, at home, and dependent on others!
